Abstract

L'invention concerne des fermetures en matière plastique (1) présentant une base (2) et un couvercle (3) réalisé d'une seule pièce avec cette base, via une charnière (4) et pour lesquelles l'élément d'inviolabilité (10) était jusqu'à présent formé directement sur un élément de fermeture. L'invention vise à ce qu'une opération distincte dans la fabrication de l'élément d'inviolabilité (10) soit réalisée à bien moindre frais et soit plus économique, en dépit d'une phase supplémentaire dans la fabrication. A cet effet, l'invention est caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'inviolabilité (10) est constitué par une bande (11) annulaire ou en forme de boucle, ouverte ou fermée, qui, par l'intermédiaire de moyens de serrage (12, 13) assure le maintien, par liaison de forme et/ou par liaison par adhérence, aux deux éléments de fermeture, à savoir, la base et le couvercle.
