Description
Hierzu wird eine Klemmvorrichtung vorgeschlagen, die einen Bügel aufweist, der ein Gelenk besitzt und dessen Bügelarme durch eine Zug- oder Druckeinrichtung Klemmbacken an den Strang oder von diesem wegbewegt. An den Klemmbacken sind Zugmittel vorgesehen, die parallel zur Strangachse anderenends unmittelbar am Fundament der Horizontalstranggießanlage schwenkbar befestigt sind. Durch diese unmittelbare Befestigung am Fundament ist nicht nur ein konstruktiv äußerst einfacher Aufbau gegeben, es ist auch gewährleistet, daß auf die Klemmbacken ausschließlich Zugkräfte wirken.

Claims (9)
- Auszieheinrichtung im horizontalen Teil einer Stranggießanlage mit einer parallel zum Strang vor- bzw. zurückbewegbaren Klemmvorrichtung, die durch Zugmittel zumindest in Stranglaufrichtung bewegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klemmvorrichtung (10) einen mit einem Gelenk (15) versehenen den Strang übergreifenden zweiarmigen Bügel (11, 12) aufweist, an dessen Armen fußendig Klemmbacken (13, 14) gelenkig befestigt sind, die mit Zugmitteln (20; 23, 24) parallel zur Strangachse (I) geführt sind, wobei diese einerseits mit den Klemmbacken (13, 14) und andererseits mit dem Fundament (31, 32) der Stranggießanlage (30) schwenkbar verbunden sind, und daß Elemente (40, 43, 44) vorgesehen sind, die zusammen mit den Zugmitteln (20) ein behinderungsfreies Führen der Klemmbacken (13, 14) parallel zur Stranglaufrichtung während der Klemmphase und - nach dem Rückführen - ein exaktes Positionieren zur nächsten Klemmphase zulassen und daß die Bügel (11, 12) der Klemmvorrichtung (10) durch Schließmittel, z.B. durch eine Kolbenzylindereinheit (16) verbunden sind. - nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klemmbacke (14) über Zugelemente (43) sich an einem mit dem Fundament (32) der Stranggießanlage (30) verbundenen Mast (33) hält. - nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klemmbacke (13) über Druckelemente (44) sich am Fundament (31) der Stranggießanlage (30) abstützt. - nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zug- und Druckelemente (43, 44) zur Strangachse (I) in einem Winkel von 35 bis 40° angeordnet sind und ein Längenausgleichselement (45) aufweisen. - nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Längenausgleichselement (45) eine in seiner Kraft einstellbare Feder (46) besitzt. - nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Längenausgleichselement (45) eine steuerbare Kolbenzylindereinheit (47) ist. - nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zugmittel (20) Kolbenzylindereinheiten (23,24) sind. - nach Anspruch 7 und 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kolbenzylindereinheiten (23,24,47) an eine programmierbare Steuerung (60) anschließbare Servoeinheiten sind. - nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zugmittel (20) Spindelmuttereinheiten (25) sind.
