Certain nonionic surfactants at high levels form a gel in the presence of small amount of water and other solvents. Such gelled compositions are also envisaged in the present invention.
- the pH of a 1% solution of the present compositions is preferably from 7.5 to 12, more preferably from 9 to 11.5, most preferably from 10 to 11.
- a preferred making process for the compositions herein comprises pre-mixing of the paraffin oil with a dispersing agent and the resultive intimate pre-mix being sprayed onto the remainder of the composition.
- the dispersing agent can advantageously consist of a nonionic surfactant such as described hereinabove, which therefore serves two functions in the present composition.
- a preferred dispersing agent is Plurafac LF404 sold by BASF.
- An alternate route consists in spraying the intimate mixture of paraffin oil and dispersing agent onto the particles of bleaching agent, resulting in a reduction in the rate of dissolution in water of said bleaching agent and therefore providing a control over the rate of release of available oxygen.

- the particles of bleaching agents are compacted before being dry-mixed with the remainder of the composition .

Claims (10)
- Composition pour le lavage en machine de la vaisselle comprenantde 1% à 80% en poids d'un composé adjuvant détergent,un agent de blanchiment dégageant de l'oxygène,de 0,005% à 2,5% en poids d'huile de paraffine, etun composé inhibiteur de corrosion contenant de l'azote tel que l'azote est trivalent et dans laquelle le composé inhibiteur de corrosion contenant de l'azote n'est pas un composé benzotriazole et n'est pas un agent séquestrant d'ion de métal lourd.
- Composition pour le lavage en machine de vaisselle selon la revendication 1 dans laquelle le composé inhibiteur de corrosion contenant de l'azote est incorporé selon une quantité de 0,005% à 3% en poids de la composition.
- Composition pour le lavage en machine de vaisselle selon les revendications 1-2 dans laquelle l'agent de blanchiment dégageant de l'oxygène est incorporé de manière que la quantité d'oxygène disponible dans la composition, mesurée par la méthode de la présente demande, soit de 0,3 à 1,7.
- Composition pour le lavage en machine de vaisselle selon les revendications 1-3 dans laquelle l'huile de paraffine est présente selon une quantité de 0,1% à 1% en poids.
- Composition pour le lavage en machine de vaisselle selon les revendications 1-4 dans laquelle l'huile de paraffine est sélectionnée parmi les hydrocarbures aliphatiques majoritairement ramifiés ayant de 20 à 50, de préférence 25 à 45 atomes de carbone, avec un rapport des hydrocarbures cycliques aux hydrocarbures non cycliques d'environ 32 : 68.
- Composition pour le lavage en machine de vaisselle selon les revendications 2-5 dans laquelle le composé inhibiteur de corrosion contenant de l'azote est l'imidazole ou un dérivé de celui-ci.
- Composition pour le lavage en machine de vaisselle selon les revendications 2-6 dans laquelle la quantité d'oxygène disponible est de 0,5 à 1,2.
- Composition pour le lavage en machine de vaisselle selon les revendications 1-7 dans laquelle la vitesse de dégagement de l'oxygène disponible est telle que l'oxygène disponible n'est pas complètement dégagé de la composition jusqu'à après 3,5 minutes, en utilisant le protocole d'essai décrit dans la présente description.
- Composition pour le lavage en machine de vaisselle selon la revendication 8 dans laquelle l'agent de blanchiment consiste en perborate tétrahydraté et un activateur de celui-ci.
- Composition pour le lavage en machine de vaisselle selon les revendications 1-9 qui est sous forme granulaire, qui a une densité apparente supérieure à 650 g/litre et un pH, mesuré pour une solution à 1% de celle-ci, dans la plage de 7,5 à 12.
