Dieser Halterahmen besitzt Einformungen, auf denen sich Streifen abstützen, die wiederum am Trägerstern festliegen. Werden diese Einformungen schräg ansteigend ausgebildet, so kann durch Drehung des Blendrahmens dieser zusammen mit der Deckplatte mehr oder weniger in den Halterahmen eingezogen werden. Hierdurch wird ein Abstand, den eine Randkante an dem oben erwähnten Randwall des Blendrahmens von der Unterseite der Decke einhält, mehr oder weniger groß gehalten werden.
