The bottom part contains a guide bush in which the latch guide turns, this being secured by a circlip engaging in a peripheral groove. On the end (3) of the bush (2) protruding from the bottom part (1) is a covering rosette (4). The latter can have a locking bead (5) on the inside and engaging in a groove (6) in the outside of the bush, and it can also have an external protruding edge (7). The rosette can be of plastic, high-grade steel, or non-ferrous metal such as brass or bronze. Its other edge (13) can have a spring effect, being inclined to the axis of the catch neck (9).

Description

The invention relates to a pusher arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1, in which the pusher is held by means of a leg spring on a cover plate or a cover rosette, which are attached to the object in particular door or window.

There are various designs for the axial fastening of thrust cores, but the problem of axial play and thus also the inevitable tolerance compensation must always be taken into account.

A rotary handle can be found in German utility model 89 08 282, which is inserted into a stop plate. A cover plate is placed over the stop plate, which has protruding springs in the area of the through hole, which are supported on the shoulder of the pusher neck. It is thus provided that the pusher is resiliently locked by simply inserting it into the stop plate. This simple latching is intended to ensure reliable assembly, which immediately enables the lever handle to be used properly. However, since the spring action is not fully exerted on the entire load-bearing shoulder of the pusher, it must be assumed that there is no long-term stability here.

Dabei wird der Handgriff durch einen Schnellbefestigungsring aus Stahlblech gehalten.EP 0 465 821 A1 discloses a handle set with a shield and a handle, which shows a handle slide bearing guide with a play compensation spring and a guide platform. This handle set is constructed so that there is a cylindrical pin on the handle, through which the handle is rotatably supported in a cylindrical recess of the door plate with the aid of a plastic bushing. The handle is held by a quick fastening ring made of sheet steel.

The object of the invention is therefore to improve the state of the art and to create a handle slide bearing guide with inexpensive and simple means, which can be used in a modular system and at the same time permanently compensates for the axial play of the handle. This axial play compensation must also be dimensionally stable and must not question the visual appearance of the entire handle.

The object of the invention is achieved in that a compensation rosette is pressed in its end region via the slide bearing guide bush which protrudes from the cover plate. This compensating rosette is designed so that it fully covers the guide bush on the one hand and thus offers a visually good finish when the cover plate is applied, and on the other hand is preferably supported against the end of the guide bush and at the same time by the design of a peripheral edge which has a certain inclined position to the central axis, is supported against the pusher neck. The compensating rosette is preferably a circular molded part which has a through hole in its central region through which the pusher guide can be brought into the guide bush. Preferably, the compensation rosette can be made of a dimensionally stable but resilient plastic, so that the tolerance compensation or the axial play of the lever handle can be accommodated without difficulty. Because the compensating rosette is made circular and is supported on the one hand against the guide bush and on the other hand against the pusher neck, canting, as is possible in the prior art, is not provided.

The compensating rosette is preferably held by a locking bead running inside, which is supported against a groove within the guide bush and is thus secured against falling out. However, in order to also enhance the external appearance of the pusher, the compensating rosette preferably has a protruding edge on its outer circumference, which is used to cover the viewing gap between the upper part and the lower part and thus also with respect to the guide bush.

In an embodiment of the idea according to the invention, it is also possible not to make the leg of the compensating rosette resting against the pusher neck, and instead to introduce a resilient body between this contact leg and the end region of the guide bushing. These can either be a corrugated spring washer or preferably spring legs molded onto the contact leg.

A further possibility of axial play compensation is provided by a guide rosette, which is located between the guide shaft of the pusher neck and the guide bush with one leg and has a flanged collar, from which a spring action originates, and which is supported on the pusher neck and on the top of the guide bush.

Siehe Fig 1The lower part 1 of a cover plate or a cover rosette is attached to the object, either window frame or door, by means of appropriate fastening options. Within the lower part 1 there is a through hole in which a guide bush 2 is inserted in a non-positive and positive manner. The guide bush 2 is therefore necessary in order to give the handle set that is to be used afterwards the appropriate hold and also the necessary guidance. The guide bush 2 thus protrudes from the lower part 1 and in the above part also carries the leg spring 15 necessary for the invisible fastening of the pusher 15. If the pusher is used, the leg spring 15 snaps into a groove 14 located on the pusher guide 17, and the The pusher is fixed in its desired position. The circumferential groove 14 ensures that the handle can rotate about the fixed guide bush 2. Due to manufacturing tolerances both in the manufacture of the lever handle set and in the subsequent installation on the construction site in connection with the lock, larger tolerances arise again and again, which can jeopardize safe and functional use of the lever handle. For this reason, the axial play of the pusher must be compensated, which is achieved by the subject of the compensation rosette 4. See Fig 1

The compensation rosette 4 is a circular part, which can preferably be made of plastic. However, it is also possible to produce this compensation rosette 4 from other materials, such as a deep-drawn component made from a stainless steel, stainless steel or from a non-ferrous metal such as brass or bronze, only it must be ensured that these materials are based on the desired Shape design of the compensation rosette 4 also include the correspondingly desired spring action at the edge 13. For this reason, the compensation rosette 4 has been produced in a quasi pot-like manner, but the bottom has a through hole for the pusher guide 17 to be carried out. The attachment of the compensation rosette 4 has been designed in such a way that it only has to be pressed over the protruding end region 3 of the guide bush 2. In the interior, the compensating rosette 4 has a protruding circumferential or interrupted latching bead 5, which virtually snaps into a circumferential groove 6 of the guide bush 2. For secure attachment of the compensation rosette 4, it is not necessary that the locking bead 5 is present on the entire inner circumference. Rather, it is also possible to lock here only at certain points.

On the outer circumference of the compensating rosette 4 there is a protruding edge 7 which covers the gap 16 which inevitably arises between the upper part 8, which can be a shield or a rosette, and the compensating rosette. This ensures that the visual appearance of the entire handle is significantly upgraded.

The bottom of the cup-shaped compensation rosette 4 has, in addition to the through-hole, a protruding edge 13 which extends obliquely to the central axis. Due to this oblique course, a spring effect of the compensation rosette is brought about in such a way that the outer edge 10 of the edge 13 is supported against the undercut 11 of the pusher neck 9 and the inner edge 12 against the end region 3 of the guide bush 2. This makes it clear that a tolerance compensation and thus a compensation of the axial play is ensured by the oblique course, because the compensation rosette 4 is supported on the one hand against the guide bush 2 and on the other hand against the pusher neck 9. Since there is a support on the entire circumference of the guide bush 2 and the undercut 11 of the pusher neck 9 due to the geometrical design, tilting of the pusher is not possible. The object according to the invention thus represents a lever slide bearing guide which is inexpensive to produce and can be assembled using simple means. In the case of commercial transactions, the compensating rosette 4 can also be adapted without major problems in accordance with the desired colors or materials of the objects or the pushers.

Diese Abstützung wird dadurch erreicht, daß über eine Rastverbindung 29 ein sicherer Halt auf der Führungsbuchse 2 erreicht wird.FIG. 3 shows a compensation rosette 24, which is also supported against the groove 6 of the guide bush 2. This support is achieved in that a secure hold on the guide bush 2 is achieved via a locking connection 29.

On the other hand, the compensation rosette 24 is supported with its contact leg 26 against the undercut 11 of the pusher neck 9. A gap 27 remains between the guide shade 33 and the contact leg 26. At the same time, a spring leg 28 is integrally formed on the hunting leg 26 in a non-positive and positive manner, which is supported with its free leg end against the end region 3 of the guide bushing. It is thus clear that the compensation rosette 24 does exactly the same job, namely the gap seal or the tolerance compensation as in the previous exemplary embodiment. For aesthetic reasons, the part of the compensation rosette protruding from the upper part 8 can therefore be equipped with a radius 25. The spring legs 28 have a resilient effect and are either circumferential over the entire circumference of the bore or are carried out by individual legs distributed over the circumference. Since they are free with one end, they have the option of exerting the necessary spring action and thus performing the desired play compensation.

In Figures 4 and 5, the compensating rosette 24 is shown again in detail, it being clear here that the legs 31 necessary for the latching connection 29 are connected to a bead 30. By inserting the compensation rosette 24 over the guide bush 2, the bead 30 is pressed into the groove 6.

A further embodiment of the idea according to the invention is shown in FIG. 2, in which a compensation rosette 18 is shown, which does not cover the guide bush 2. Rather, the guide neck 19 of the compensation rosette 18 has been pushed onto the guide shaft 33 of the guide bush 2. The guide bushing 2 with its inner bore 32 can now be pushed over the guide neck 19. However, the compensating rosette 18 also has a flanged collar 20, which is designed such that it is supported with its collar top 21 against the undercut 11 of the pusher neck 9, and the free end of the collar 20 is supported against the outer edge 10 with its collar edge 22 the guide bush 2 from. The collar 20 is also designed so that it allows axial tolerance compensation of the lever handle set. For this purpose, the collar 20 is designed such that it is supported only in a punctiform manner with the collar top 21 and on the other hand with the collar edge 22. Due to this fact, the collar 20 is able to exert a resilient effect here since it is not at an angle of 90 ° to the guide neck 19.

In addition to the execution of the compensation rosettes 4, 18 and 24 in a plastic suitable for use, the execution in any other suitable material, such as stainless steel and all non-ferrous metals, is also possible.
