Claims (4)

  1. Boîte à rabat pour un groupe de cigarettes (10) ou analogues avec une partie boîte (47) et un couvercle à rabat (18) relié de façon articulée à cette partie boîte ainsi qu'avec une collerette (19) constituée d'une paroi avant de collerette (20) et de parois latérales de collerette (21), et ancré par une zone partielle dans la partie boîte (47) et dont la zone supérieure est entourée par le couvercle à rabat (18) lorsqu'il se trouve en position de fermeture, le couvercle à rabat (18) présentant une patte intérieur de couvercle (39) qui est reliée d'un seul tenant par une ligne de pliage à une paroi avant de couvercle (29) et est pliée contre la face intérieure de la paroi avant de couvercle (29), la collerette (19) étant reliée à la boîte à rabat (18) au moyen de liaisons résiduelles (40) constituées du matériau d'emballage, liaisons pouvant être coupées lors de la première ouverture du couvercle à rabat (18), caractérisée par le fait que la collerette (19) est reliée au moyen des liaisons résiduelles (40) à la patte intérieure de couvercle (38) précisément sur un bord libre, placé à l'opposé de la ligne de pliage, d'une patte intérieure de couvercle (39), et que la patte intérieure de couvercle (39) s'étend à peu près sur toute la hauteur de la paroi avant de couvercle (29).
  2. Boîte à rabat selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les liaisons résiduelles (40) s'étendent exclusivement des deux côtés d'une patte de pliage (42) qui est reliée d'une seule pièce à la patte intérieure de couvercle (39) et appuie sur la face intérieure d'une paroi supérieure de couvercle (28).
  3. Flan pour la fabrication de boîtes à rabat destinées à recevoir des cigarettes (10) ou analogues,
    - un flan (46) constituant une partie boîte (47) et un couvercle à rabat (18) est relié à celle-ci, qui présente une paroi supérieure de couvercle (28) et une paroi avant de couvercle (29) ainsi qu'une patte intérieure de couvercle (39) reliée à la paroi avant de couvercle (29) ;
    - une collerette (19) étant reliée d'une seule pièce par l'intermédiaire de liaisons résiduelles (40) au flan (46) précisément à la patte intérieure de couvercle (39), et
    - les liaisons résiduelles (40) étant disposées au voisinage des bords latéraux de la patte intérieure de couvercle (39), d'une part, et des deux côtés d'une échancrure (43) de la paroi avant de collerette (20), d'autre part,
    caractérisé par le fait que la paroi avant de couvercle (29) est reliée d'une seule pièce, au moyen d'une ligne de pliage, à la paroi supérieure de couvercle (28) ainsi qu'à la patte intérieure de couvercle (39) qui est pliée contre la face intérieure de la paroi avant de couvercle (29) lorsque la boîte à rabat est en cours de fabrication, et que la collerette (19) reliée au moyen des liaisons résiduelles (40) à la patte intérieure de couvercle (39) sur un bord, opposé à la paroi avant de couvercle (29), de la patte intérieure de couvercle (39).
  4. Flan selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que, sur la face tournée vers la collerette (19) de la patte intérieure de couvercle (39), est reliée d'une seule pièce à la patte intérieure de couvercle (39) une patte de pliage (42) en forme de languette, le contour de la patte de pliage (42) correspondant à l'échancrure (43) de la paroi avant de collerette (20) et étant séparé de celle-ci au moyen d'une découpe venant d'estampage (41).
