Bei einer bekannten Verpackung für Pipettenspitzen dieser Art ist die - rechteckige - Lochplatte an ihren kürzeren Randkanten mit jeweils einem Randflansch versehen, wobei der Umkarton eine dem Innenmaß Zwischen den Randflanschen entsprechende Länge aufweist, so daß sich beim Befüllen des Umkartons die Lochplatte auf dem oberen Umkartonrand derart aufsetzt, daß die beiden Randflansche von außen an der Umkartonwand anliegen. Die in der Zeichnung wiedergegebene Verpackungseinheit dient der Aufbewahrung und zum Transport von Pipettenspitzen 1, wie sie insbesondere in autoklvierbaren Behältern eingesetzt werden. Sie sind gehalten in Lochplatten 2, 3, die von einem Klappdeckel-Karton 4 umschlossen sind und zum Gebrauch der Verpackung als Gesamtheit entnommen und in den autoklavierbaren Behälter eingesetzt werden. Der Karton 4 weist sowohl auf seiner Oberseite als auch auf seiner Unterseite einen Klappendeckel 5, 6 sowie eine etwa der Länge einer Pipettenspitze, zuzüglich der Stärke einer Lochplatte entsprechende Höhe auf, wobei die Lochplatten mit einem rundumlaufenden Randflansch 8 versehen und auf einen Distanzrahmen 9 aufgesetzt sind, der eine die entsprechenden Innenmaße des Randflansches 8 der Lochplatten 2, 3 geringfügig unterschreitende Länge und Breite Umfang und eine solche Höhe besitzt, daß die aus Distanzrahmen 9 und beidseitig aufgesetzten Lochplatten 2, 3 gebildete Einheit eine der Höhe des Umkartons entsprechende Höhe besitzt.The packaging unit shown in the drawing serves to store and
Die Klappendeckel 5, 6 sind an den beiden einander diagonal gegenüberliegenden Längskanten des Umkartons 4 befestigt, wobei die die Klappendeckel tragenden Wandungen 10 des Umkartons eine um etwa die Höhe einer Lochplatte verringerte Höhe und die Klappendeckel eine entsprechend verlängerte Einstecklasche 11, 12 besitzen.
