- this object is achieved with a shipping packaging according to the preamble of claim 1, which is characterized by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
- the special design of the carrier made from the first blank ie the formation of four hollow corner pillars with a triangular cross-section, guarantees the carrier part of the shipping packaging according to the invention the necessary stability, which is considerably increased by the application of the adapted cover with folded flaps.
- the tabs of the lid are designed in their shape and dimensions so that they rest on one of the catheter surfaces with a fit in the hollow triangular cross section.
- the cross section of the hypotenuse surface facing the carrier interior right-angled triangular hollow columns serve to support the containers to be accommodated in the interior of the carrier, in particular bottles.
- the shipping packaging consists of the carrier 3 and the lid 4.
- four tabs 5, 6, 7 and 8 are provided, which are part of the folding cut 2 for the lid 4 and at right angles via corresponding folds are turned.
- These folds 5 to 8 fit into corresponding cavities in the interior of the corner pillars 15, 16, 17, 18.
- Large windows are located between the hollow corner pillars, namely the opposing windows 19, 21 on the narrow front sides of the carrier and the somewhat larger windows 20 and 22 on the long sides of the beam.
- the windows 19, 21 extend somewhat lower to the bottom 9 of the carrier 3, while the windows 20, 22 end higher above the floor 9.
- the carrier 3 can be produced in a simple manner from the folding cut shown in FIG. 2. First, the long sides 10, 11 of the folding cut 1 are bent orthogonally along the fold lines drawn in dashed lines. Then the lower fronts 12, 13 are bent along the associated fold lines. Then the tabs 10L, 11L along the double folds 10F 'and 11F' are bent against the bottom 9 of the carrier 3 and glued to the associated contact areas of the long sides 10, 11 on the long sides. Similarly, the tabs 12L, 13L are bent around the double fold lines 12F ', 13F' against the bottom 9 of the carrier and glued to the associated areas of the front sides 12, 13.
- Hollow corner pillars 15, 16, 17, 18 are formed by appropriately folding the edge strips of the long sides 10, 11 along the fold lines shown in broken lines. 1, the manufacture in connection with FIG. 2 will be explained in the following: First, the strip 10C is bent orthogonally around the adjacent fold line F D , so that the point C in the position C ' reached. The points C ', B' and A 'are pivoted by 90 ° with respect to the upper edge of the long side 10 for a better understanding of the folding process in FIG. 2. The strip 10B is then folded around the fold line F C by approximately 135 °. The point B comes into the position B 'and finally the outer strip 10A around the fold line F B by about -45 °, ie in the other direction, the point A reaching the position A'.
- the hollow profile shown in FIG. 3 is obtained, the positions of the points A, B, C, D achieved by folding are drawn. It can be seen that the corner point D of the hollow column 16 has remained unchanged.
- the hollow corner column 17 is obtained by appropriately folding the strips 10G around the fold line 10F around the fold line F G and 10E around the fold line F F.
- the edge strips 10A and 10E are glued to the corresponding surface of the inner strips 10D and 10H adjacent to the window 20. After the strips 10A and 10E have been glued to the strips 10D and 10H, the edges of the outer strips lie closely against the narrow sides of the doubling tab 10L.
- the columns 15 and 18 are formed in the same way on the longitudinal side 11 of the carrier 3, the procedure being the same as in connection with the manufacture of the columns 16 and 17. After all four corner pillars have been produced, the upstanding side tabs 12S are finally glued to the corner pillars 15 and 16, and the two side tabs 13S to the pillars 17 and 18, each with the catheter surfaces of the hollow corner pillars extending upward on the front sides are formed from the strips 10C for the column 16, 10G for the column 17 and 11C for the column 15 and 11G for the column 18.
- the shape of the hollow corner pillars is designed such that the respective hypotenuse surfaces 10B, 10F and 11B, 11F run at approximately 45 ° to the strip delimiting the windows or to the long sides 10, 11. This angle can also be slightly larger or smaller. It is important that the design is such that there is a sufficient adhesive area between the strips 10A and 10D or 11A, 11D, 10E, 10H or 11E, 11H and the hypotenuse surfaces mentioned have an approximately linear contact ensures cylindrical containers or at least point contact in the case of bulged containers, cylindrical containers touching the carrier in the region of the double longitudinal sides 10, 10L, 11, 11L or front sides 12, 12L and 13, 13L at least along two further lines of contact.
- the carrier ensures that the containers are arranged in a row in a stable manner in line with the sales requirements, the allocation of which can be seen particularly well from the six-pack shown in plan view in FIG. 4. 4. 4 also shows the respective three-point contact of the four outer bottles 23, 24, 26, 27 just described along the contact lines B 1, B 2, B 3 or the corresponding contact points with a curved or approximately conical design of the outer container contour.
- the pack of the containers is so dense that the two middle containers 25, 28 of the six-pack have contact with the longitudinal sides 11, 12 of the carrier in the along the lines B1 or in corresponding points, while the mutual support of the containers with each other along the Lines of contact or points B x occur. This geometric assignment represents a secure mutual support of the container during transport.
- the height of the hollow corner pillars 15, 16, 17, 18 is selected so that after the cover 4 has been placed and locked by means of the tabs 5, 6, 7, 8 in the corresponding recesses of the corner pillars 15, 16, 17, 18 of the lid 4 lie snugly on the closures of the containers 23 to 28, so that the stacking of the shipping packaging in conjunction with other filled shipping packaging of the present type presents no difficulties.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a shipping packaging for containers of the same shape and size arranged side by side in rows according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such shipping packaging is usually made of paper, solid or corrugated cardboard, the size of the base of the shipping packaging in the modular system, i.e. is selected to match the load carriers in pallet form. Such shipping packaging is expediently designed to be open so that the containers located therein are openly visible and can also be reached with the labeler.
Such shipping packaging, but without a lid, is shown for example in DE-OS 35 40 489. The disadvantage of this known shipping packaging, however, is that two different materials are used, namely the box for the tray with the side walls raised and the other one All-round plastic tape to stabilize the contents of the shipping packaging. When producing the shipping packaging from only one material, namely cardboard, in particular corrugated cardboard, there is the difficulty of achieving the necessary strength by appropriate shaping.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a shipping packaging according to the preamble of claim 1, i.e. to create a two-part packaging consisting of carrier and lid, which, by simply folding and gluing the carrier blank, forms an intrinsically stable tray which the narrow sides of the shipping packaging, as well as on the wider long sides of the shipping packaging has relatively large windows to display the containers located in the shipping packaging, without adversely affecting the stability of the carrier.
According to the invention, this object is achieved with a shipping packaging according to the preamble of claim 1, which is characterized by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1. The cross section of the hypotenuse surface facing the carrier interior right-angled triangular hollow columns serve to support the containers to be accommodated in the interior of the carrier, in particular bottles.
Further details of the shipping packaging result from the characteristics of the subclaims.
- Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie III-III in Fig. 1,
- 1 is a perspective view of the shipping packaging with the lid raised,
- Fgi. 2 the folding cut for the wearer,
- 3 shows a section along the line III-III in FIG. 1,
- Fig. 4 is a plan view of the shipping packaging with the lid off.
As can be seen from Fig. 1, the shipping packaging consists of the
The
The
The shape of the hollow corner pillars is designed such that the
The carrier ensures that the containers are arranged in a row in a stable manner in line with the sales requirements, the allocation of which can be seen particularly well from the six-pack shown in plan view in FIG. 4. 4 also shows the respective three-point contact of the four
