Description

The invention relates to a dishwasher according to the preamble of claim 1.

In such machines, alkaline drops of the rinse water fall off the surfaces, such as. B. the hood ceiling, of the upper horizontal arm, which carries the storage for a rotating wash arm and of the rotating wash arm after completion of the wash program on the dishes cleaned with the wash program in the period from the end of the wash program to the removal of the dishes from the wash cabinet .

These drops dry on the dishes. They are visually unattractive and give the user of the dishes the impression of poor hygiene.

To remedy this deficiency, the dishes must be reworked individually by hand before the drops dry.

The object of the invention is to design a dishwasher according to the preamble of claim 1 so that no or at least fewer alkali-containing drops of the washing-up liquid can fall onto the already cleaned dishes.

This object is achieved with an arrangement of the dripping surfaces of a dishwasher according to the characterizing part of claim 1 and the other claims.

The advantages of the invention were measured by realistic tests by counting the drops of alkali-containing washing liquor falling on the dishes during the usual period from the completion of the washing program to the removal of the dishes from the washing compartment.

In the case of a dishwasher according to the prior art with horizontal surfaces, this was approximately 50 drops.

In the same machine with obliquely arranged surfaces deviating approximately 3 ° from the horizontal plane, this was approximately 10 drops.

Beschreibung zur Patentanmeldung Nr. 2 Spülmaschine, insbesondere für GeschirrteileDescription of patent application no. 2 dishwasher, in particular for dishes

The hood 1 of a dishwasher can be adjusted in height by means of a bracket 6, which is mounted on the housing of the dishwasher on the one hand and is articulated on the other hand to the side walls of the hood 1. The inner ceiling 2 of the hood 1 is designed to slope away from the horizontal plane in the direction of the arrow 8. The arrow 11 indicates which is understood as the front of the dishwasher. The drip trays 3 arranged at the bottom on the two side walls of the hood 1 are arranged so as to deviate obliquely downward in the direction of the arrow 9 from the horizontal plane. Liquid flowing out of the hood ceiling 2 can flow down the front wall of the hood 1 into the peripheral drip channel. The liquid flowing off the side walls of the hood 1 can also flow into the peripheral drip channel. This liquid is then discharged harmlessly backwards into the dishwasher via the drip channel 3. The ceiling 2 of the hood 1 can also be inclined in the direction of the arrow 8 in the direction of all four boundary walls starting from the center. An upper horizontal boom 4 is arranged to be inclined downwards in the direction of arrow 10, deviating from the horizontal plane. On the horizontal boom 4, an axis 12 is attached, on which an upper rotating flush arm 5 is mounted. The arm 4 also serves as a washing solution feed pipe for the upper arm 5. When the axis 12 is attached to the arm 4 at right angles, the upper rotating arm 5 is thus necessarily also brought into the same inclined position as the upper arm 4. After the washing program has ended, the washing water located in the upper arm 4 of the feed pipe for the upper washing arm 5 can flow back into the machine. The soapy water does not flow more into the rinse arm and therefore no longer drips out onto the crockery parts 7. The rinsing liquor located in the upper rotating rinse arm 5 can no longer drip over the crockery parts 7 as desired, but instead flows to a drip area designated with position 13 outside the area the dishes 7 in the rear part of the interior of the dishwasher harmless. In order to ensure that the upper rotating washing arm 5 remains in the position shown in FIG. 1 after the washing program has been completed, a rotational imbalance 14 is provided on the upper rotating washing arm 5. The rotational unbalance 14 on the upper washing arm 5 causes the heavier end of the upper rotating washing arm 5 to always remain at the lowest point on the plane of rotation of the upper rotating washing arm 5 for physical reasons. This lowest point is structurally placed so that it lies outside the dishes 7 to be washed. At this lowest point, after the upper rotating wash arm 5 has come to a standstill, after the wash program has ended, the wash liquor located in the wash arm 5 flows away harmlessly.
