Claims (9)
- Un dispositif de découpe comprenant(a) un élément de coupe généralement annulaire (6, 6a, 6b, 6c) ayant sur un côté d'un plan diamétral une face d'entraînement (8) à lier à une source (10) de vibrations ultrasoniques, lesdites vibrations agissant suivant une direction radiale à l'élément ; et(b) un bord de coupe (14, 20a, 20b) s'étendant à la périphérie de l'élément de coupe (6) sur l'autre côté dudit plan diamétral.
- Un dispositif de découpe conforme à la Revendication 1 dans lequel l'élément de coupe est muni sur sa surface externe d'un méplat, ou d'une surface courbe sur un centre différent, constituant ladite face d'entraînement (8).
- Un dispositif de découpe conforme à l'une des Revendications 1 et 2 dans lequel le bord de coupe sous-tend un angle entre 45° et 270°, de préférence entre 60° et 160°.
- Un dispositif de découpe conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel le bord de coupe a une forme en V en section transversale.
- Un dispositif de découpe conforme à l'une quelconque des Revendications 1, 2 et 3 dans lequel des bords de coupe parallèles (20a, 20b) sont ménagés par usinage d'une rainure en forme de V ou en forme de U à la périphérie de l'élément de coupe au moins sur une partie de la distance périphérique de celui-ci.
- Un dispositif de découpe conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une pluralité d'éléments de coupe (6a, 6b, 6c) fixés en rangée parallèle à un élément d'entraînement unique (28).
- Un dispositif de découpe conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel les valeurs du rayon interne R1 et du rayon externe R2 sont en accord approximativement avec l'équation K (R1 + R2) = 2N.
- Un dispositif de découpe conforme à la Revendication 7 dans lequel ladite approximation est à plus/moins 5 % près.
- Un mécanisme de découpe comprenant un dispositif de découpe conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et un dispositif ultrasonique (10) lié à une face d'entraînement plate (8) sur la périphérie du dispositif de découpe avec un bord de coupe s'étendant à la périphérie (14, 20) localisé généralement à l'opposé de la face d'entraînement.
