Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Radsatzführung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des ersten Anspruchs.The invention relates to a wheelset guide according to the Preamble of the first claim.
Bei einer bekannten Radsatzführung dieser Art (DD-A 2141) ist an einem Drehgestell für Schienenfahrzeuge der Drehgestellahmen über je zwei Schraubenfedern als Primärfedern auf Radlagergehäusen von Radsätzen elastisch gelagert. Der Drehgestellrahmen trägt einen Wagenkasten. Die Schraubenfedern sitzen jeweils zwischen einer am Drehgestellrahmen festgesetzten oberen, topfförmigen Grundplatte und einer auf einer Konsole des Achslagergehäuses aufsitzenden unteren Grundplatte. Die untere Grundplatte ist dabei mittels eines konzentrisch innerhalb der Schraubenfeder angeordneten Notführungszapfens am Achslagergehäuse festgeschraubt. Das obere Ende des Notführungszapfens durchgreift mit radialem Spiel eine Bohrung im Boden der oberen Grundplatte, wobei oberhalb des Bodens am freien Ende des Notführungszapfens ein ortsfester Endanschlag vorgesehen ist, der mit dem als Gegenanschlag dienenden Boden der oberen topfförmigen Grundplatte so zusammenwirkt, daß bei einer im Betrieb des Drehgestells auftretenden Gewichtsentlastung die obere Grundplatte und damit auch der Drehgestellrahmen gegenüber dem Zugehörigen Achslagergehäuse nur entsprechend begrenzt durch dazugehörige Schraubenfedern nach oben angehoben werden kann. Bei Federbruch dient die untere Grundplatte als weiterer Endanschlag. der Konsole 7 und dem Radsatzlagergehäuse 8 entlang der
Mittelachse der Schraubenfeder 5 ein Notführungszapfen 6
angeordnet, der fest mit dem Radsatzlagergehäuse 8
verschraubt ist und mit zwei verstellbaren Endanschlägen
11, 12 die über, bzw. unter einem entsprechenden
Gegenanschlag 13 der oberen Grundplatte 10 angeordnet
sind, die Bewegung zwischen Drehgestellrahmen und Radsatz
begrenzt. Der Notführungszapfen 6 ist hierfür zusammen
mit der unteren Grundplatte 9 mit dem Radsatzlagergehäuse
8 fest verschraubt und erstreckt sich an seinem oberen
Ende durch eine Bohrung 14 in die topfförmige obere
Grundplatte 10, wobei die Bohrung 14 den
Notführungszapfen 6 mit Spiel umfaßt und die ringförmigen
Endanschläge 11, 12 der Notführungszapfen 6 oberhalb und
unterhalb der Bohrung 14 angeordnet sind und einen
größeren Durchmesser als diese aufweisen, so daß der
Boden der topfförmigen oberen Grundplatte 10 als
