Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gemüsehobel, insbesondere für Obst, Gemüse und ähnliche Lebensmittel, zum Schneiden des Schneidgutes in Scheiben oder Streifen.The invention relates to a vegetable slicer, in particular for fruit, vegetables and similar foods, for cutting the material to be cut into slices or strips.
Herkömmliche Gemüsehobel bestehen meist aus Rahmenelementen mit einer Anlauf- und einer Ablauffläche, vorzugsweise in einstückiger Ausbildung aus Kunststoff. Zwischen Anlauf- und Ablauffläche sind geeignete Schneid- oder Raspelmesser vorgesehen. Diese können austauschbar sein. Zum Raspeln oder Schneiden von Obst oder Gemüse wird das Schneidgut von der Anlauffläche über den Messerabschnitt in Richtung der Ablauffläche bewegt. Beim überfahren des Messerabschnitts wird das Schneidgut geschnitten und die entsprechenden Abschnitte werden hierbei zum Teil nach unten ausgeworfen.Conventional vegetable slicers usually consist of frame elements with a run-up and a run-off surface, preferably in one-piece design made of plastic. Aus der DE-PS 27 27 358 C3 (IHLOW) ist ein Gemüsehobel, insbesondere für Obst, Gemüse und ähnliche Lebensmittel, bekannt zum Schneiden des Schneidgutes in Scheiben oder Streifen mit einer als höhenverstellbaren Zunge ausgebildeten Anlauffläche für das zu schneidende Gut, einer Auflagewalze für die zungenartige Anlauffläche, einem in der Bewegungsrichtung des Schneidgutes im Abstand oberhalb von der zungenartigen Anlauffläche ortsfest angeordneten, etwa parallel zur Anlauffläche ausgerichteten Scheibenschneidmesser,mit senkrecht zum Scheibenschneidmesser stehenden und in die Anlauffläche einschwenkbaren Streifenschneidmessern, wobei die Auflagewalze für die zungenartige Anlauffläche gleichzeitig als Träger für mindestens zwei Reihen von Streifenschneidmessern ausgebildet ist, der Messerabstand in jeder Reihe konstant aber von Reihe zu Reihe verschieden ist, für welche in der zungenartigen Anlauffläche Durchtrittsschlitze vorgesehen sind und wobei die Auflagewalze in unterschiedlichen Winkellagen verdrehbar ist, so daß die Streifenschnitte mit unterschiedlichen Messerabständen durchführbar sind. Bei diesem bekannten Gemüsehobel hat die Auflagewalze einen runden Querschnitt und ist exzentrisch gelagert. Durch ein Verdrehen der Walze ragen die auf der Walze vorgesehenen Messer somit in unterschiedlicher Höhe über die Anlauffläche hinaus. Die Herstellung und Montage exzentrisch ausgebildeter Bauteile erfordert jedoch herstellungstechnisch gesehen einen erhöhten Aufwand. Gerade im Bereich von Massenprodukten ist es heute im internationalen Wettbewerb jedoch unerläßlich, ständig preisgünstigere Herstellungs- und Montagemöglichkeiten zu suchen. In Figur 1 ist ein Gemüsehobel 1 mit einer Anlauffläche 2 für das Schneidgut, beispielsweise Gurken, Karotten, Zwiebeln, usw., wiedergegeben. Das Schneidgut wird mit seiner Stirnfläche auf die Anlauffläche 2 aufgesetzt. Die Anlauffläche 2 ist durch zwei seitliche Schnitte, von denen der Schnitt 21 in Figur 1 wiedergegeben ist, von den Rahmenelementen 11, 12 getrennt. Die Anlauffläche 2 hat daher die Eigenschaft einer elastischen Zunge. In der Anlauffläche 2 ist quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Schneidgutes, die durch den Pfeil BR gekennzeichnet ist, eine Messerreihe mit senkrecht stehenden, zueinander parallelen und mit den Schneidkanten gegen das Schneidgut orientierten Streifenschneidmessern 31 wiedergegeben. Am Ende und oberhalb der Anlauffläche 2 ist parallel zu dieser in einer Ablauf- oder Schneidfläche 4 das Scheibenschneidmesser 5 angeordnet. Nur infolge der Unterstützung der Ablauffläche 2 durch die Abstandsnocken 34, 35 ist es möglich, der Anlauffläche 2 an ihrer zum Scheibenschneidmesser 5 orientierten Kante 23 (Figur 4) eine V-Form wie dem Schneidmesser 5 zu geben.
