Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wagenheber mit einer zusätzlichen Stütze am Standbein
nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Insbesondere bei Wagenhebern, deren
Standbein mit einem unbeweglich mit diesem verbundenen Wälzfuß versehen ist,
muß der Wagenheber äußerst flach zum Boden unter dem anzuhebenden Fahrzeug
angesetzt werden. In dieser Position liegt der Schwerpunkt des gesamten Wagenhebers
weit entfernt vom Fahrzeug. Um ein Abkippen des Wagenhebers in der Ansetzposition
zu vermeiden, wird in der DE-A-37 12 237 vorgeschlagen, zum Abstützen
des Wagenhebers einen nach unten gebogenen Blechlappen am Standbein
anzubringen. Dieser Blechlappen liegt nachteilig lediglich mit seiner Kante auf dem
Boden auf. Das bedingt, daß die Ansetzstütze (Blechlappen) nur eine geringe Auflagefläche
aufweist, wodurch eine hohe Flächenpressung auftritt, die zu einem leichten

Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist ein Gelenkwagenheber dargestellt.
Dieser Wagenheber weist ein Standbein 1 auf, an dem über eine
horizontale Achse 2 ein Tragarm 3 schwenkbeweglich angebunden
ist. Am freien Ende des Tragarms befindet sich ein Lastkopf 4,
der unter dem Fahrzeugboden, vorzugsweise am Schweller des anzuhebenden
Fahrzeuges angreift. Der Tragarm 3 und das Standbein 1
sind über eine Gewindespindel 5 miteinander verbunden, die mit
einer Bewegungsmutter 6 zusammenwirkt. Über eine Handkurbel 7 am
freien Ende der Gewindespindel 5 wird diese verdreht, wodurch
die Hubbewegung durch Hochschwenken des Tragarms 3 gegenüber dem
Standbein 1 erfolgt. Sowohl das Standbein 1 als auch der Tragarm
3 sind aus profilierten Blechen hergestellt und weisen einen

zwei Abschnitte 9, 10. Die dargestellte Position des Wagenhebers
nach den Figuren 1 und 2 ist die Ansetzposition, in
der das Fahrzeug noch nicht angehoben ist. In dieser Position
liegt der Abschnitt 9 auf dem Untergrund 11 auf. Beim Anheben
des Fahrzeuges richtet sich das Standbein 1 auf und wälzt über
die Wälzkante 12 nach der Zeichnung linksdrehend, bis in der
höchsten Hebeposition des Wagenhebers der Abschnitt 10 auf dem
Untergrund 11 aufliegt. Der U-förmige Querschnitt des Standbeins
bedingt die Ausbildung des Standbeins mit einem Boden 13 und
zwei Seitenflanschen 14. Anschließend an den Wälzfuß 8 ist auf
der fahrzeugabgewandten Seite eine Stütze 15 angeordnet. Diese
Stütze ist als Blechlappen ausgebildet, wobei das Material für
diesen Blechlappen U-förmig aus dem Boden 13 ausgestanzt ist.
Der die Stütze 15 bildende Blechlappen geht übergangslos in den
unteren Bereich 16 des Bodens des Standbeins 1 über. An dieser
Stelle ist keine Stanzung erfolgt, wodurch die einteilige Anbindung
der Stütze 15 an den unteren Bereich 16 des Bodens des
Standbeins 1 erzielt wird. Das freie Ende 17 der Stütze 15 steht

Claims (2)
- A vehicle jack comprising a support leg (1) having a base foot (8, 19) and a U-shaped cross-section, a load-bearing arm (3) which is connected thereto such as to pivot about a horizontal axle (2) and which load bearing arm comprises at its free end a load-bearing head (4) which engages the base of the motor vehicle and which load-bearing arm can be pivotably adjusted by an adjusting member, in particular a threaded spindle (5) which is actuated by hand and is movably connected to the said load-bearing arm and at the support leg (1) directly or by way of further levers and articulations, and comprising a sheet metal tab formed out of the base (13) of the support leg (1) as a support (15), which when in position of application at the side remote from the motor vehicle is supported on the ground (11) behind the base foot (8, 19), characterised in that the sheet metal tab is stamped out on three sides of the base (13) or out of the base (13)and the adjacent areas of the side flange (14) and remains connected with one side adjacent to the base foot (8, 19) with the support leg (1) and lies with its end remote from the base foot (8, 19) flat on the ground (11).
