Claims (9)
- Klappschließe für ein Armband, umfassend einen Mittelträger (10), dessen eines Ende an einem Paar von äußeren Klappelementen (20, 21) oder an einem einzelnen Klappelement (20, 21, 24) angelenkt ist, das rahmenartig ausgebildet ist, damit sich dieses Klappelement oder diese Klappelemente beim Schließen um den Mittelträger legen können, wobei dieses Klappelement oder diese Klappelemente an ihrem einen Ende durch einen Steg zur Befestigung eines Armbandstücks (1) oder durch einen Tragzylinder (24) für einen solchen Steg verbunden sind, wobei das andere Ende des Mittelträgers entweder an einen zweiten Zylinder oder Steg oder an ein zweites Paar von äußeren Klappelementen angelenkt ist, wobei die Verbindung des Zylinders oder des Stegs mit dem einzelnen Klappelement (20, 21, 24) oder dem Paar von Klappelementen (20, 21) durch zwei seitliche Schenkel (22) erfolgt, die eine Verbindung in Form eines auf dem Kopf stehenden U bilden, und die diesen Zylinder oder Steg über die Ebene, welche die Enden der Klappelemente enthält, versetzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung nach Art eines auf dem Kopf stehenden U eine derartige Elastizität zeigt, daß ein Verankerungsorgan (26), welches auf der Innenseite des Endes des einzigen Klappelementes (20, 21, 24) oder jedes Klappelements des Paares von Klappelementen (20, 21) vorgesehen ist, elastisch mit einem komplementären Organ in Eingriff kommen kann, das in entsprechender Weise an den Außenflanken des Mittelträgers angeordnet ist.
- Klappschließe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Schenkel (22) in bezug auf die Enden der Klappelemente (20, 21) senkrecht sind und daß die Verankerungsorgane in Form von konvexen Vorsprüngen oder konkaven Aussparungen (26) verwirklicht sind, die entlang den Innenseiten der Enden der Klappelemente vorgesehen sind und deren Querschnitt dreieckig ist, mit einem Spitzenwinkel von mehr als 120 Grad.
- Klappschließe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Schenkel (22') in bezug auf die Enden der Klappelemente (20, 21) schräg sind und auf diese Weise den Zylinder (24) jenseits dieser Enden halten und daß die Verankerungsorgane in Form von konvexen Vorsprüngen oder konkaven Aussparungen (26) verwirklicht sind, die entlang den Unterkanten der Innenseiten der Enden der Klappelemente vorgesehen sind und deren Querschnitt trapezförmig ist.
- Klappschließe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (22) zwischen dem Vorsprung oder der Aussparung (26'') und dem Zylinder (24) eine parallel verlaufende Nut (23) aufweisen.
- Klappschließe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinder oder der Steg (24) einen Mitteleinschnitt (25) oder ein Paar seitlicher Einschnitte (27, 29) aufweist.
- Klappschließe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (10), der aus einem einzigen Stück besteht oder von zwei parallelen Streifen (16, 18) gebildet wird, einen mittleren Ausschnitt (15) aufweist.
- Klappschließe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (10) von zwei parallelen Streifen (11, 13) gebildet wird, deren Abstand mittels einer oder mehrerer querverlaufender Schrauben (30) einstellbar ist.
- Klappschließe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (10) von zwei parallelen Streifen (11, 13) gebildet wird, die von zwei Zapfen (48) in einem Abstand voneinander gehalten werden, wobei ihre Enden nach Wunsch durch querverlaufende Schrauben (40) zusammengezogen werden können, was ein Auseinanderweichen des Mittelteils der Streifen bewirkt.
- Klappschließe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausschnitt einen V-förmigen Teil (52) aufweist, in den ein Keil (60) mehr oder weniger eingetrieben ist, beispielsweise mittels einer Schraube (70), die den Keil durch eine Innengewindebohrung (68) durchsetzt und sich am Ende (72) des Ausschnitts gegenüber dem V-förmigen Teil abstützt.
