Claims (13)

  1. Verbindungselement, das insbesondere zum Verbinden von zwei Platten oder ähnlichen Werkstücken miteinander gemäß einem festgelegten Winkel bestimmt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es hauptsächlich aus mindestens zwei Eckstücken (2) mit etwa ebener Struktur, die mindestens einen äußeren Absatz (3) auf beiden Seiten der Ecke der Stücke (3) aufweisen, und aus einem langgestreckten Stück (4), das in der montierten Position einen V-Querschnitt und mindestens zwei Quereinschnitte (5) in Form von Schlitzen aufweist, besteht, wobei sich jedes Eckstück (2) durch einen entsprechenden Schlitz (5) hindurch zwischen den zwei Flügeln (4') des Stücks (4) mit V-Querschnitt mit einem Teil (2'), der durch die mindestens zwei vorhandenen Absätze (3) abgegrenzt ist, erstreckt und starr mit dem Stück (4) mit V-Querschnitt durch Einquetschen des Teils (2') zwischen den zwei Flügeln (4') dieses Stücks (4) zusammengefügt ist.
  2. Verbindungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das langgestreckte Stück (4) mit V-Querschnitt durch Biegen einer langgestreckten, flachen Platte entsprechend einer Längsbiegelinie (LP) nach dem Durchgang der durch die Absätze (3) der Eckstücke (2) abgegrenzten Teile (2') durch die entsprechenden Schlitze (5) hindurch ausgebildet wird.
  3. Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die massiven Teile, die sich zwischen den Enden der Schlitze (5) und den äußeren Kanten der Flügel (4") des Stücks (4) mit V-Querschnitt erstrecken, eine Breite (1) aufweisen, die etwa äquivalent zu der oder zumindest geringfügig größer als die Höhe der Absätze (3) ist, und daß der durch die zwei Schenkel (2") der Eckstücke (2) gebildete Winkel (α) zwischen 30° und 150°, vorzugsweise zwischen 60° und 120° liegt.
  4. Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der Eckstücke (2) etwa gleich der Breite der Schlitze (5) des langgestreckten Stücks (4) mit V-Querschnitt ist und daß die Schlitze (5) eine Länge aufweisen, die geringfügig größer ist als die größte Breite (L) der Eckteile (2'), die durch die Absätze (3) abgegrenzt sind.
  5. Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absätze (3) durch die aufrechten Seiten von, vorzugsweise rechteckigen, Aussparungen (3'), die in den Schenkeln (2") ausgeschnitten sind, welche die Eckstücke (2) ausmachen, gebildet sind und zwischen sich einen Winkel (β) bilden, der zwischen 30° und 150°, vorzugsweise zwischen 60° und 120° liegt.
  6. Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zwei Eckstücke (2) umfaßt, die in der Nähe der zwei Enden des langgestreckten Stücks (4) mit V-Querschnitt befestigt sind und deren zwei Bestandteilsschenkel (2") jeweils mit mindestens einer Durchbohrung (6) versehen sind und durch ebene, umgebogene Endteile (7) verlängert sind, die ebenfalls jeweils mit mindestens einer Durchbohrung (7') versehen sind.
  7. Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Klebe- oder Lötpunkte zwischen dem durch die Absätze (3) der Eckstücke (2) abgegrenzten Teil und dem langgestreckten Stück (4) mit V-Querschnitt vorgesehen sind.
  8. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verbindungselements nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus dem getrennten Fertigen eines flachen, langgestreckten Stücks (4), das mit mindestens zwei Quereinschnitten (5) in Form von Schlitzen versehen ist, und von mindestens zwei etwa ebenen Eckstücken (2), die insbesondere mit mindestens zwei äußeren Absätzen (3) versehen sind, die auf beiden Seiten der Mittelebene (PM) der Ecke der Eckstücke (2) entgegengesetzt liegen, aus dem Einfügen jedes Eckstücks (2) in einen entsprechenden Schlitz (5), bis sich der durch die Absätze (3) abgegrenzte Teil (2') auf die andere Seite des entsprechenden Schlitzes (5) erstreckt, aus dem Biegen des flachen, langgestreckten Stücks (4) entsprechend einer Längslinie (LP) durch Umklappen der zwei Hälften (4') des flachen, langgestreckten Stücks (4), was die zwei Flügel (4') des langgestreckten Stücks (4) mit resultierendem V-Querschnitt bildet, gegen die Absätze (3), um den Teil (2') durch Quetschung einzuklemmen, besteht.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus dem Durchführen von einer oder von lokalen Materialverbindung(en) zwischen dem langgestreckten Stück (4) mit V-Querschnitt und den Eckstücken (2) durch Löten, Kleben oder Analogem, vorzugsweise derart, daß die Verbindung im Innenraum, der durch die zwei Flügel (4') des langgestreckten Stücks (4) mit V-Querschnitt begrenzt ist, nicht sichtbar ist, besteht.
  10. Hausbriefkastenanlage, die insbesondere aus einem äußeren Kasten oder Rahmen und einer inneren Unterteilungsstruktur besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kasten (10) aus mindestens vier Platten (12) ausgebildet ist, die mit Hilfe von Verbindungselementen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 untereinander paarweise zusammengefügt sind.
  11. Hausbriefkastenanlage nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (12) Profillängsränder (13) aufweisen, die nach innen umgebogen sind und deren innere Verlängerungen mindestens einen Befestigungsflügel (14), der in der Montageposition parallel zu und in Oberflächenkontakt mit den Schenkeln (2") der Eckstücke (2) eines Verbindungselements (1) liegt, und mindestens einen Verkeilungsflügel (14'), der die Schenkel (2") an der entsprechenden Platte (12) hält, umfassen.
  12. Hausbriefkastenanlage nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Türbänder (15) für die gelenkige Lagerung eines Trägerrahmens (16) eines Deckels oder einer gemeinsamen Tür umfaßt, die jeweils aus einer Platte (15') ausgebildet sind, die auf dem Rahmen (16) befestigt ist und durch einen flachen Haken (15") verlängert ist, der an seinem Ende einen Vorsprung (15"') trägt, der dazu bestimmt ist, sich mit Rotationsfähigkeit in eine Durchbohrung (7') eines umgebogenen ebenen Endteils (7) eines Schenkels (2") eines Eckstücks (2) eines Verbindungselements (1) einfügen zu lassen.
  13. Hausbriefkastenanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Unterteilungsstruktur (11) hauptsächlich aus ebenen, horizontalen Elementen (17), die Böden bilden und mit Verbindungsschlitzen (17') versehen sind, und aus ebenen, vertikalen Elementen (18), die Trennwände bilden und mit Laschen (18') versehen sind, die dazu bestimmt sind, sich bei der Montage der inneren Unterteilungsstruktur in die Verbindungsschlitze (17') der ebenen, horizontalen Elemente (17) einfügen zu lassen, besteht, wobei jedes Fach oder jede Zelle (19), das (die) durch die Struktur abgegrenzt ist, mit einer einzelnen Tür verbunden ist, die in dem Trägerrahmen (16) einer gemeinsamen Tür montiert ist.
