En se reportant au dessin, et plus particulièrement à la fig 1 , le dispositif est constitué de deux feuilles superposées 1 , 2, fermement soudées 1'une à 1'autre. Dans la première feuille 1 , gui est en une matière thermofor able telle que par exemple en chlorure de polyvinyle, est formée une déformation sous forme d'un alvéole 3 constituant volume de réception 4 pour la dose de matière pâteuse. Cette première feuille comporte également un conduit 5 d'évacuation de la dose de matière pâteuse, ouvert à une de ses extrémités 6 et débouchant par son autre extrémité 7 dans l'alvéole 3. Une membrane souple 8, constituant moyen de fermeture, réalise une séparation 9 entre l'alvéole 3 et le conduit 5 et est assemblée a la feuille 1 dans la zone du conduit 5 pour former à cet endroit une fermeture fragile.
