Die Platte 1 ist mit einer halbkreisförmigen ausgestanzten Zentriernut an dem zwischen festem Spannleistenteil 6 und verschiebbarem Spannleistenteil 5 radial zum Plattenzylinder befestigten Fixierbolzen 2 an der einen Seite der Druckplatte drehbar fixiert. An der anderen Seite ist die Druckplatte mit einer Anlegekante einer vorgestanzten Anlegenut an die Anschlagsfläche 7 einer Anschlagsschraube 3 angelegt. Die Anschlagsschraube 3 ist in einer Durchgangsbohrung im festen Spannleistenteil 6 so eingeschraubt, daß sie mit ihrer am Schraubenende vorgesehenen Anschlagsfläche 7 in eine zylindrische Ausnehmung 22 zwischen festem Spannteil 6 und verstellbarem Spannteil 5 eingreift. Auf der anderen dem Platteneinschub entgegengerichteten Seite des festen Spannleistenteils 6 ist am Umfang des Kopfes 9 der Schraube 3 eine zylindrische Skala 10 befestigt. Zwischen Schraubenkopf 9 und festem Spannteil 6 wirkt eine vorspannende Feder 8. Der Schraubenkopf 9 ist mit einer Innenprofilierung 11 für den Eingriff mit Hilfe eines Werkzeugs ausgestattet. Nach Einstellung der Position der Anschlagschraube 3 wird die Platte 1 in den Spalt zwischen festem und verschiebbarem Spannteil 5, 6 eingeschoben, so daß die Druckplatte 1 am festen Zentrierbolzen 2 zentriert und an ihrer anderen Seite an der Anschlagsfläche 7 der Anschlagsschraube 3 anliegt. Before clamping a plate, the position of the printed image on the printing plate is measured in a known manner and the deviation from the desired target position is thus determined. In den Fig. 4 und 5 ist ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt. Dabei ist senkrecht zur Einschubrichtung der Druckplatte 1 ein Drehbolzen 14 durch eine Durchgangsbohrung im festen Spannteil 13 geführt. Im Bereich des unteren Spannteils ist eine Ausnehmung 24 eingebracht, in die der Drehbolzen 14 mit seinem unteren Ende reicht. Auf dem unteren Ende des Drehbolzens 14 ist mit Hilfe eines Stiftes 16 ein Zylinderbolzen 15 exzentrisch befestigt. Zwischen Kopf 25 des Drehbolzens 14 und dem festen Spannleistenteil 13 wirkt eine Tellerfeder 26, die den Drehbolzen 14 soweit nach oben drückt, daß der Zylinderbolzen 15 mit seiner oberen Deckfläche in Berührkontakt mit dem festen Spannleistenteil 13 gerät. Die Spannung ist dabei so gewählt, daß der Drehbolzen 14 selbsthemmend verstellt werden kann. Die Druckplatte 1 wird zum Einspannen in den geöffneten Spalt zwischen festem und verschiebbaren Spannleisten 13, 12 so eingeschoben, daß sie mit ihrer vorgestanzten Zentriernut am Zentrierbolzen 2 gemäß der Darstellung von Fig. 1 und mit ihrer anderen vorgestanzten Nut an der Umfangsfläche des Zylinderbolzens 15 anliegt. Durch Verdrehen des Drehbolzens 14 wird der exzentrische Zylinderbolzen um die Achse des Drehbolzens 14 so verdreht, daß eine Anschlagsfläche des Zylinderbolzens 15 für die Druckplatte 1 ihre Position in Einschubrichtung verändert. Somit kann eine genaue Schrägverstellung vorgenommen werden. Claims (14)

Einrichtung zur Einstellung des Schrägregisters in einer Spanneinrichtung zum Einspannen von Druckplatten in einer Offsetdruckmaschine,
bei der eine Spannleiste mit Mitteln zum Öffnen und Schließen eines Spalts zum Einschieben der Vorder- oder Hinterkante einer Druckplatte an der Mantelfläche des Plattenzylinders parallel zur Zylinderachse ausgerichtet ist und
bei der ein radial zum Plattenzylinder ausgerichteter in den Einschubspalt reichender Zentrierbolzen befestigt ist, dessen Profil mit dem Profil einer Zentriernut in der Einschubkante der Druckplatte korrespondiert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Zentrierbolzen (2) in dem einen äußeren Randbereich der Spanneinrichtung befestigt ist,
daß ein in Umfangsrichtung des Plattenzylinders (4) ausgerichteter Anschlag im anderen Randbereich der Spanneinrichtung im Einschubspalt in Umfangsrichtung des Plattenzylinders (4) zwecks Plattenschrägkorrektur einstellbar gelagert ist und
daß zumindest ein Stellmittel zum Einstellen der Position des Anschlags an der Plattenspanneinrichtung oder im Zylinder angeordnet ist.
