wenn dem Anschlag 7 ein Justiermittel zugeordnet ist, mittels dem
sich eine präzise Verschiebung (Befestigungsschrauben 8 gelöst)
innerhalb der nutförmigen Aussparung 6 ergibt. Wie in Fig. 1
dargestellt, kann es sich bei dem Justiermittel um einen in einer
Gewindebohrung eingeschraubten Gewindebolzen 10 (Madenschraube)
handeln, der beispielsweise mittels eines Werkzeuges der Grube 2
her betätigbar ist und auf das der Druckplatte 5 abgewandte Ende
des Anschlages 7 einwirkt. Zusätzlich können nicht dargestellte
Federmittel vorgesehen sein, mittels denen der Anschlag 7 an den
Gewindebolzen 10 angedrückt wird. Ein derartiges Federmittel ist
aber entbehrlich, wenn die entsprechenden Justierarbeiten an den
Anschlägen 7 in einer Plattenzylinderposition durchgeführt werden,
welche auch ungefähr der beim Einführen einer Druckplatte 5 in den
geöffneten Aufnahmespalt 4 entspricht. Allgemein befindet sich der
Plattenzylinder 1 dann in einer derartigen Winkelstellung, bei der
der Aufnahmespalt 4 nach oben zeigt und somit die Anschläge 7 durch
ihr Eigengewicht bei gelösten Befestigungsschrauben 8 am Gewindebolzen

Claims (7)
- Device for the register correct fitting of printing plates on to the plate cylinders of printing presses, particularly offset sheet printing presses, consisting of a clamping rail (3) arranged in an axially parallel channel of the plate cylinder, which, for fixing the edge of the printing plate corresponding to the print start, has a reception slot (4) to be closed and, in the region of this reception slot, stops (7) are provided which cooperate with corresponding stampings out on the edge of the printing plate characterised in that the stops (7) are arranged adjustably with respect to the clamping rail (3) at least in one direction of the plane of the reception slot (4) and that the stops (7) are installed adjustably with respect to the clamping rail (3) by adjustment means fitted thereto.
- Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the stops (7) are installed relative to the clamping rail (3) adjustably in the peripheral direction of the plate cylinder (1).
- Device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the stops (7) are constructed in each case as a little plate as the ends turned towards the front edge of the printing plate (5), the end face sides of which are shaped correspondingly to the stampings out (5.1) provided.
- Device according to Claim 3, characterised in that the stops (7) are in each case fixed by means of fixing screws (8) to the clamping rail (3) and are adjustable with loosened fixing screws (8).
- Device according to one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that the adjusting means is constructed in each case as a threaded bolt (10) threaded into the clamping rail (3) which acts on the stop (7).
- Device according to one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that the stops are in each case let into a groove-shaped recess (6) within the clamping rail (3).
- Device according to one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that a set of stops (7) is provided of differing sizes as well as with differingly shaped ends which can be set into the clamping rail (3) in each case according to the stampings out (5.1) located in the printing plate (5).
