Die Verstellung des jeweiligen Registerelements erfolgt somit mittels einer geeigneten Relativbewegung der oberen Klemmschiene relativ zum Plattenzylinder, wobei das entsprechende Registerelement auch während des Verstellvorgangs an der oberen Klemmschiene lagestabil befestigt ist. Mittels einer während des Verstellvorgangs stets geführten oberen Klemmschiene ist es möglich, unter Einsatz eines geeignet ausgebildeten und mit der oberen Klemmschiene wirkverbundenen Verstellmittels eine schnelle und definierte Verstellung des Registerelements zu erzielen. Dabei ist es nicht notwendig, zur Verstellung des Registerelements die obere Klemmschiene komplett vom Plattenzylinder zu lösen, sondern es besteht aufgrund der vorgesehenen Führung der Klemmschiene auch die Möglichkeit, selbige mittels eines geeigneten Verstellmittels elastisch in eine Verstellrichtung zu verformen beziehungsweise zu verbiegen zur Erzielung einer sich entsprechend einstellenden Positionierung des jeweiligen Registerelements relativ zu der am Plattenzylinder zu befestigenden beziehungsweise zu klemmenden Druckplatte. - The device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is operatively connected to a central control unit.
- The device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said upper clamping rail (13) is formed of a plurality of part segments movably disposed relative to one another and each containing at least one register element (11).
- A method of adjusting at least one register element in a printing machine, characterized in that an upper clamping rail (13), having fixed thereto said register element (11), is moved and fixed in position in a guide (14) in order to adjust said register element.
- The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said upper clamping rail (13) is adjusted to a position in a sliding guide (14) by way of an adjusting device (15) in an adjustment direction (16) of said register element (11).
- The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adjusting force acting on said upper clamping rail (13) is generated mechanically.
- The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adjusting force acting on said upper clamping rail (13) is generated electrically.
- The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said upper clamping rail (13) is fixed in position at a point and is elastically deformed and firmly clamped in a stable position at adjustment regions (29), wherein the register element (11) is disposed and guided in adjustment direction (16).
- The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that moving and positionally fixing the upper clamping rail (13) in the guide (14) takes place in an automated manner.
- The method according one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said upper clamping rail (13) is comprised of a plurality of part segments each having at least one register element (11), and which are moved and fixed in position independently of one another.
