Claims (5)
- Procédé d'emboutissage de feuilles métalliques (2) comprenant les étapes de:mise en place d'une feuille (2) entre une matrice (4) et un poinçon (5) d'un outillage qui sont réalisés en fonction de la forme du composant à obtenir; etdéformation de la feuille (2) au moyen desdits matrice (4) et poinçon (5), tout en retenant la feuille (2) entre ces derniers en exerçant sur la feuille (2), au moyen d'un presse-tôle (6), une pression oscillante pouvant varier de manière alternative entre une valeur minimum et une valeur maximum, ladite pression oscillante présentant une fréquence prédéterminée; caractérisé en ce que ladite valeur minimale est égale à zéro, ladite fréquence prédéterminée étant sélectionnée en fonction des propriétés mécaniques de la feuille (2) à emboutir et de manière à obtenir, pendant la course active du poinçon (5), au moins un cycle de variation de pression entre zéro et la valeur maximale pour chaque tranche de 8 à 10 mm de profondeur d'emboutissage de la feuille (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la fréquence de ladite pression oscillante est comprise entre zéro et 20 Hz inclus et est sélectionnée de manière que, plus la dureté de la feuille (2) utilisée est faible, plus la valeur est élevée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la fréquence de ladite pression oscillante est amenée à varier au cours de l'opération d'emboutissage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est utilisé un presse-tôle (6), sous-divisé en une pluralité d'éléments de retenue (10) qui sont indépendants l'un de l'autre, au moyen de chacun desquels une pression oscillante variable suivant une loi différente d'un élément à un autre élément, entre zéro et une valeur maximum qui peut différer d'un élément à un autre élément, est exercée sur la feuille (2) pendant la phase d'emboutissage.
- Presse hydraulique (1) d'emboutissage de feuilles (2), destinée à mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant au moins un presse-tôle (6) commandé par des actionneurs (20) par l'intermédiaire d'un circuit de commande hydraulique comprenant des moyens formant vanne (22) afin de pressuriser/dépressuriser de manière alternée les actionneurs (20) du presse-tôle (6), dans laquelle lesdits moyens formant vanne (22) permettent de provoquer une variation de la pression exercée par le presse-tôle (6) sur la feuille (2) entre une valeur maximale prédéterminée et une valeur minimale égale à zéro; lesdits moyens formant vanne (22) comprenant des moyens de synchronisation (23) destinés à faire varier de façon sélective en continu la fréquence des pressurisations/dépressurisations alternées desdits actionneurs (20);
caractérisée en ce que le presse-tôle (6) est sous-divisé en une pluralité d'éléments de retenue (10) indépendant l'un de l'autre, chacun comportant au moins un actionneur indépendant (20) de lui-même, commandé par lesdits moyens formant vanne (22), dans le but de pouvoir le pressuriser/dépressuriser suivant une loi différente de celle des autres actionneurs (20); lesdits actionneurs étant commandés par lesdits moyens formant vanne (22) et lesdits moyens de synchronisation (23) de manière à obtenir, pendant la course active du poinçon (5), au moins un cycle de variation de pression entre zéro et la valeur maximale pour chaque tranche de 8 à 10 mm de profondeur d'emboutissage de la feuille (2).
