Claims (10)
- Vitrage automobile pourvu d'une structure de conducteurs disposée sur une surface en verre (1, 18) et comprenantune première série de conducteurs (2, 19) qui sont imprimés et cuits en place sur ladite surface en verre (1. 18) et une seconde série de conducteurs imprimés et cuits en place sur ladite surface de verre au moins un module électronique fixé à ladite surface en verre.des conducteurs de croisement (7, 24, 25, 26, 29, 32) disposés dans un plan distinct de celui des conducteurs (2, 19) de la première série et constitués par des rubans ou fils métalliques conducteurs qui sont fixés à demeure par une couche d'adhésif (13, 35) sur ladite surface en verre (1, 18) et qui passent par-dessus les conducteurs (2, 19) de la première série tout en étant isolés électriquement de ces derniers, caractérisé en ce queles conducteurs de croisement (7, 24, 25, 26, 29, 32) servent à connecter électriquement les conducteurs de la seconde série à une structure conductrice de connexion terminale cuite en place ou servent à connecter électriquement le module électronique à un câble de connexion.les conducteurs de croisement (7 24, 25, 26, 29, 32) se trouvent à l'intérieur d'un élément préfabriqué (6, 20) multicouche qui comprend, d'une part, une gaine isolante (8. 34) entourant lesdits conducteurs de croisement, au moins dans la région de croisement avec les conducteurs (2, 19) de la première série, et d'autre part, des surfaces de connexion appropriées destinées à la connexion électrique entre les conducteurs de croisement et la structure conductrice de connexion terminale et/ou au càble de connexion.
- Vitrage automobile suivant la revendication 1. caractérisé en ce que l'élément préfabriqué (20) comprend des rubans ou fils conducteurs métalliques (24, 25, 26, 29, 32) situés dans plusieurs plans et séparés les uns des autres par l'interposition de couches isolantes (27).
- Vitrage automobile suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les rubans métalliques (24, 25, 26, 29, 32) ont une épaisseur de 30 à 80 µm et une largeur de 1 à 10 mm.
- Vitrage automobile suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'adhésif (13, 35) est à base d'isoprène ou d'acrylate.
- Vitrage automobile suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément multicouche préfabriqué (6) est pourvu, au moins à l'une de ses extrémités, d'un oeillet (11) pour la connexion par soudage à l'étain à une couche conductrice (15) cuite en place sur la surface de verre.
- Vitrage automobile suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément multicouche préfabriqué (20) est pourvu, à l'une de ses extrémités d'une surface de montage (22) destinée à un élément d'enfichage pour branchement à un câble compact.
- Vitrage automobile suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément multicouche préfabriqué (20) est pourvu, à l'une de ses extrémités, d'une surface de montage (21) destinée au branchement d'un module électronique.
- Vitrage automobile suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément multicouche préfabriqué (6, 20) est pourvu, à l'une de ses extrémités, d'un élément d'enfichage intégré à l'élément (6, 20).
- Vitrage automobile suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément multicouche préfabriqué (20) est pourvu d'un module électronique intégré à l'élément (20).
- Vitrage automobile suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément multicouche préfabriqué (6, 20) est réalisé à la façon d'un câble plat en ruban multicouche.
