Claims (10)

  1. Echangeur de chaleur du type à plaques, dans lequel une pluralité de plaques nervurées sont juxtaposées et fixées les unes aux autres pour former une rangée de chambres comportant des premier et second ensembles de chambres mutuellement adjacentes, les chambres de chaque ensemble communiquant les unes avec les autres au moyen de deux ensembles d'ouvertures respectives d'entrée et de sortie, chaque chambre du premier ensemble étant placée entre deux chambres du second ensemble, sauf les chambres d'extrémité de la rangée, dans lequel ladite rangée de chambres est formée en juxtaposant en alternance des plaques d'un premier type (1, 51) et d'un second type (21, 67), les plaques du premier type (1, 51) étant munies d'une première pluralité de nervures parallèles (10, 11, 12, 13, 52, 53, 54, 55) décalées les unes par rapport aux autres, dans lesquelles lesdites nervures sont en relief par rapport à une face particulière de ladite plaque (1, 51) et sont en creux par rapport à l'autre face de la plaque, de sorte que, lors du contact avec une surface correspondante d'une plaque du second type (21, 67), elles forment une chambre à méandres d'un premier type reposant dans le plan desdites plaques par juxtaposition d'une plaque d'un second type (21, 67) sur la face munie de rainures en relief de ladite plaque de premier type (1, 51), et une chambre d'un second type sans méandre dans le plan desdites plaques par juxtaposition d'une plaque du second type (21, 67) sur la face munie de nervures en creux de ladite plaque de premier type (1, 51), les deux types de plaque étant munis d'une deuxième pluralité de nervures (15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35) agencées de manière similaire sur les deux types de plaque, de sorte que, lors de la juxtaposition des deux types de plaque, quel que soit l'ordre, ladite deuxième pluralité de nervures forme une chambre à labyrinthe s'étendant perpendiculairement au plan desdites plaques.
  2. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite surface de contact avec ladite première pluralité de nervures est la surface plate de ladite plaque du second type.
  3. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite surface de contact avec ladite première pluralité de nervures est le bout d'une troisième pluralité de nervures en relief sur ladite plaque de second type dépassant dans le sens opposé à celui de ladite première pluralité de nervures.
  4. Echangeur de chaleur selon les revendications 1, 2, 3, dans lequel ladite deuxième pluralité de nervures comprend un premier ensemble (17) de nervures allongées s'étendant dans une direction transversale par rapport à la direction d'écoulement à travers ladite chambre à méandres.
  5. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ladite deuxième pluralité de nervures comprend un second ensemble (19) de nervures allongées s'étendant dans la direction d'écoulement à travers ladite chambre à méandres.
  6. Plaque (21, 67) pour un échangeur de chaleur du type à plaques selon la revendication 1, ladite plaque (21, 67) ayant un rebord muni de deux parois latérales opposées (155, 56) de longueur supérieure et deux parois latérales opposées de longueur inférieure et quatre ouvertures (22, 23, 24, 25) situées aux angles de ladite plaque (21, 67), dans laquelle ladite plaque comprend :
    une pluralité (57, 58, 59, 60, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72) d'ensembles de nervures s'étendant en juxtaposition les uns par rapport aux autres, chaque ensemble formant une bande de nervures s'étendant entre lesdites parois latérales opposées de longueur supérieure (155, 56), au moins une desdites bandes étant espacée de bandes adjacentes par une partie plate d'espacement (62, 63, 64, 65, 73, 74, 75, 76) de ladite plaque s'étendant à partir d'une paroi latérale de longueur supérieure (155, 56) vers la paroi opposée, lesdites nervures étant inclinées par rapport à la direction desdites parois latérales de longueur supérieure (155, 56), dans laquelle lesdites nervures sont en relief par rapport à une face particulière de ladite plaque (21, 67) et sont en creux par rapport à l'autre face de la plaque.
  7. Plaque (51) selon la revendication 1, comprenant une pluralité de nervures (52, 53, 54, 55) en relief par rapport à une face particulière de ladite plaque et en creux par rapport à l'autre face de la plaque, chaque nervure s'étendant dans l'une desdites parties plates (62, 63, 64, 65) espaçant lesdites bandes de nervures, en alternance à partir de l'une ou l'autre desdites parois latérales (155, 56) de longueur supérieure jusqu'à la portion de ladite partie plate intermédiaire auxdites parois latérales de longueur supérieure, de façon à former un chemin à méandres dans le plan de ladite plaque.
  8. Plaque selon les revendications 6 ou 7, dans laquelle lesdites nervures d'au moins un couple de bandes adjacentes (57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72) s'étendent au moins à proximité de ladite partie d'espacement plate avec une inclinaison orientée dans un sens opposé d'une bande à l'autre, et de façon transversale par rapport à la direction des nervures dans l'autre bande du couple.
  9. Plaque selon les revendications 6, 7, 8, dans laquelle ladite plaque a une forme rectangulaire.
  10. Plaque selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle au moins lesdites deux parois latérales de longueur supérieure (155, 56) dudit rebord sont convexes et forment une surface de forme conique pour le couplage de plaques adjacentes.
