Description

Derartige Versenkungen werden beispielsweise in der SU 1549-910-A geoffenbart, bei der zum Antrieb des Flaschenzuges ein Schlitten über einen Spindelantrieb verschoben wird. Der Schlitten hat hier reine Antriebsfunktion und dient nicht der Führung der Plattform. Die Führungskonstruktion bestimmt somit die Bauhöhe der Versenkung und entspricht praktisch der Hubhöhe. Dadurch ist die Verwendung der verfahrbaren Versenkung sehr eingeschränkt. Um diesen Nachteil zu beheben, weist die EP-A1 0444307 teleskopierbare Rollen am oberen Ende des Führungsgerüstes auf. Durch die Verwendung getrennter unterschiedlicher Antriebe ist die Versenkung kompliziert und auch die Verfügbarkeit ist relativ gering.Such countersinks are disclosed, for example, in SU 1549-910-A, in which a carriage is moved via a spindle drive to drive the pulley. Die Figur zeigt einen auf einen Fußboden 12 über Rollen 13 verfahrbaren Führungsrahmen 1, an dem ein vertikal verschiebbarer Schiffen 3 vorgesehen ist, der an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Führungsrahmens 1 geführt ist. Die Plattform 6 weist einen U-förmigen Querschnitt auf und ist mit ihren Schenkeln am Schlitten 3 geführt. Zur Relativbewegung der Plattform 6 sind auf beiden Seiten des Schlittens 3 zwei Flaschenzüge 4 und 5 vorgesehen, die die geführte Plattform 6 heben (Flaschenzug 4) und senken (Flaschenzug 5). Beide Flaschenzüge 4 und 5 sind im gleichen Maße eingeschert, sodaß bei einer Bewegung des Schlittens 3 relativ zum Führungsrahmen 1 die Plattform 6 eine mehrfache, insbesondere doppelte Hubgeschwindigkeit als der Schlitten 3 aufweist. Zu diesem Zweck ist der Flaschenzug 4 mit einem Ende am unteren Ende des Führungsschenkels der Plattform 6 befestigt und über die Umlenkrolle 14 am oberen Ende des Schlittens 3 geführt und von dieser über die Umlenkrolle 7 zum horizontalen Teil des Schlittens 3 geführt und in diesem verankert. Wird nun der Schlitten 3 durch eine Kugelspindel 2 über die Mutter 15 angehoben, so hebt sich infolge der Flaschenzugübersetzung die Plattform 6 in die Lage der Plattform 6' (strichliert eingezeichnet). Damit sich beim Absenken kein Schlaffseil bildet, ist ein zweiter Flaschenzug 5 vorgesehen der vom unteren Teil des Schenkels der Plattform 6 nach unten zur im Führungsrahmen 1 festgelagerten Umlenkrolle 8 bzw. 9 und von dieser wieder zur Umlenkrolle 10 führt, die zweifach vorgesehen ist und die das Seil wieder umlenkt, sodaß der Schlitten 3 über die Umlenkrolle 11 an den Flaschenzug 5 angeschlossen ist. Das Seil läuft wieder zurück zur zweiten Umlenkrolle 10 und zur Einspannung 16, die am Schiffen 3 angeordnet ist. Durch diese Maßnahme wird die Plattform 6 im vorgegebenen Geschwindigkeitsverhältnis bewegt. Insbesondere ist die Einspannung 16 federnd vorgesehen, sodaß der Rückzugflaschenzug ständig unter Spannung steht. Diese Spannung bewirkt die Vermeidung der Schlaffseilbildung im Flaschenzug 4. Zur besseren Kennzeichnung sind die Bauteile 3, 4, 5 und 6 im ausgefahrenen Zustand mit 3', 4', 5', und 6' gekennzeichnet. Zur Erhöhung der Sicherheit insbesondere bei verfahrbaren Versenkungen, ist ein nicht dargestellter die Einrichtung an drei Seiten umschließender Sicherheitsrahmen vorgesehen, der teleskopierbar ist und durch die Bewegung der Plattform 6 über eine Verriegelung mitnehmbar ist, wobei in seiner ausgefahrenen Stellung der Sicherheitsrahmen mit dem feststehenden Rahmen beispielsweise am Bühnenboden, verriegelbar ist. Durch diese letzte Maßnahme ist die verfahrbare Versenkung mit demselben Sicherheitsstandard ausgeführt wie eine ortsfeste allgemein bekannte Versenkung.The figure shows a guide frame 1 which can be moved on a
