Fahrbare Hebe-Einrichtung

Fig. 5 ein Detail zu Fig. 4.
Mobile lifting device
Vehicles with adjustable lifting parts in the height direction are known in various designs.
In the case of large versions, a lifting platform is arranged on relatively long support arms that are at an angle to one another and are adjustable. The carrier arms are raised and lowered by hydraulic or pneumatic power.
These known designs take up a lot of space in height and in the longitudinal direction, which makes transport and garaging very difficult.
The present invention relates to a mobile lifting device in which these deficiencies can be eliminated. The distinguishing feature of the same is that a lifting unit with associated parts can be tilted on a frame, the whole thing in such a way and for the purpose that the facility can be merged to reduce the space required to facilitate transport and parking.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown, namely show:
1 shows a side view of a lifting platform with an upright support column, an upright ladder and a lowered lifting mechanism,
2 shows a side view of the same with the support column folded down, the ladder folded down and the platform serving as a loading bridge,
FIG. 3 is a plan view of FIG. 1,
4 shows a longitudinal section through the support column with lifting mechanism and
FIG. 5 shows a detail of FIG. 4.
The lifting platform shown has a chassis frame 1 which can be moved on two wheels 3 mounted on the wheel axles 2 of the chassis. 4 is the support column built on the chassis 1 and containing the lifting mechanism. To stabilize the working position of the lift, extendable support feet 5, 5 'are used, which are arranged at the free ends of slide rods 6' which can be horizontally pulled out of guide rods 6 and can be locked by pins 8. The support feet 5, 5 'can be adapted to the terrain T by means of the spindles 5' provided with handwheels 7. The support column 4 can be pivoted on a rod-shaped support 9 running transversely to the chassis frame 1 in the direction of arrow a and can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the chassis frame 1 along two spindles 11, 12 mounted in bearings 10, 10 'of the chassis frame 1.
For this purpose, the ends of the support 9 are provided with nuts 13, which are moved by turning the spindles 11, 12 in one direction of rotation forwards and in the other direction of rotation backwards. One spindle 11 is provided with a hand drive wheel 14 and is brought into drive connection with the other spindle 12 by a drive chain 16 running over chain wheels 15. With 17 the links are referred to, one ends of which are articulated to axle journals 18 of the support column and the other ends to the upper ends of vertical brackets 19 attached to the chassis frame 1. 20 are weight compensation springs mounted on the spindles 11, 12, which counteract the force components that occur when the support column 4 is folded over, thereby making it easier to tilt and erect the support column 4 by means of the handwheel 14.
By turning the handwheel 14 in one direction, the support column 4 is turned over, with the bracket 9, which can be adjusted by means of the nuts 13 on the spindles 11, 12, being moved backwards and as a result of the articulated connection of the support column 4 by the link 17 with the bearing brackets 19 a folding of the support column 4 according to curve a is achieved. By moving the support column 4, an ideal weight distribution is achieved with a low transport height.
To climb the platform 21 when the lifting mechanism is lowered, a ladder 22 is used, which is hinged to the upper ends of two bearing brackets 23 fastened on the chassis frame 1 in the direction of arrow b about axle journals 23 '. The ladder 22 can also be folded down at the same time when the support column 4 is folded over by a support rod 26 hinged at one end to an axis 24 of the ladder 22 and at its other end to a bearing fork 25 of the console 9.
The platform 21 is supported on a flange 27 of the lifting mechanism and carries on its underside a perforated tab 28 and a web 29 seated in a fork, see FIG. 2. The flange 27 is provided with perforated tabs 30 for engaging the perforated tabs 28 of the pedestal 21 and, on the other hand, provided with a claw 31 for engagement with the web 29 of the pedestal held in a fork. The perforated tabs 28 of the platform are releasably connected to the perforated tabs 30 of the flange 27 by a socket pin 32. Before the support column 4 is folded down, the bolt 32 is pulled out of the perforated tabs 28, 30. When the support column 4 is folded over, the platform 15 hangs by means of the web 29 in the claw 31 of the flange 27 and can be pivoted out on this.
Fixed guide rails 34 are arranged on supports 33 attached to the chassis frame 1, to which guide rails 35, which can be folded in in the direction of arrow c, are articulated by hinges 38. The guide rails 34, 35 have an angular profile and are used to accommodate the platform 21. As soon as the platform reaches the guide rail 35 when the support column 4 is folded over, it is pivoted around the web 29 and placed in a horizontal position on the guide rails 35. Since when the support column 4 is folded down, the claw 31 of the flange 27 is open towards the guide rail 34, the platform 21 can now be moved out of the guide rails 35 into the adjoining guide rails 34. with which the lift is collapsed to take up the smallest space, as can be seen from FIG.
In this collapsed form, the lifting platform forms a car trailer, for the provision of which the support legs 5, 5 'are folded out towards the center of the vehicle in the direction of the arrows d. The lifting platform 21 forms the loading bridge of the trailer. Before the support column 4 is erected, the lifting platform 21 is pushed back onto the guide rails 35, as a result of which the web 29 of the platform 21 is brought into engagement again with the claw 31 of the flange 17. When the support column 4 is subsequently erected, the platform 21 is pivoted in and brought into contact position with the flange 27. Simultaneously with the erection of the support column 4, the ladder 22 is also set up so that the platform 21 can be climbed on it.
The lifting mechanism has a number of hollow cylinders 37, 38, 39, 40 which are pushed into one another and are telescopically extendable and which are enclosed by the hollow-cylindrical support column 4. 38 ', 39', 40 'and 4' are flanges attached to the upper ends of the hollow cylinders 38, 39, 40 and 4, on which guide rollers 41 are arranged, which serve as a guide for the hollow cylinder penetrating the flanges in order to facilitate the extension of the hollow cylinder in to keep the friction limits as small as possible. The guide rollers 41 are mounted in bearing forks 42 (FIG. 5), which pass through a radial slot 44 in the flange 38 'or 39', 40 ', 4' around a threaded shaft 43, are radially adjustable by an adjusting screw 45 and by a screw on the threaded shaft 43 arranged screw nut 46 can be locked in the desired position.
With 37 ", 38", 39 "and 40" are designated sliding guide pistons attached to the lower ends of the hollow cylinders 37, 38, 39, 40, on each of which two or more guide rollers 41 resting on the inner surfaces of the hollow cylinders are arranged. The sliding guide piston 37 ″ of the innermost hollow cylinder 37 is connected to one end of a pulling cable 37 ′ which is deflected via a pulley 47 mounted on the flange 38 ′ and connected at its other end to the flange 39 ′ of the cylinder 39. In the same way the sliding guide piston 38 ″ of the hollow cylinder 38 is connected to one end of a pulling cable 48 ′ which is deflected via a pulley 48 mounted on the flange 39 ′ and is connected at its other end to the flange 40 ′ of the cylinder 40.
A third pulling cable 49 ', which is guided over a deflection roller 49 arranged on the flange 40' of the hollow cylinder 40, is connected at one end to the sliding guide piston 39 "of the hollow cylinder 39 and at its other end to the flange 4 'of the support column 4. The sliding guide piston 40 "is designed as a nut in which a central, hollow-cylindrical drive spindle 50 is screwed out. The lower end of the drive spindle 50 is rotatably mounted in a roller or ball bearing 51 and is axially secured. The lower end of the drive spindle 50 carries a chain wheel 52 which is connected by a drive chain 53 to the chain wheel 54 of a drive motor 55 provided with a reduction gear. The hollow cylinder 40 is lifted by the drive of the threaded spindle 50.
At the same time, the hollow cylinder 39 is lifted over the pull cable 49 ', the hollow cylinder 38 over the pull cable 48' and the hollow cylinder 37 is lifted over the pull cable 47 '. For switching the drive motor 55 on and off, a pushbutton switch 56 is provided on the railing of the lifting platform 21, which is connected to the drive motor 55 via a contactor 58 via a longitudinally adjustable control cable 57, which is passed through the hollow drive spindle 50. By operating the push button switch 56, the lifting mechanism can be adjusted to any desired lifting height. With 59 and 60 arranged on the support column 4 limit switches are designated by which a limitation of the end position of the lifting and lowering movement of the lifting mechanism is achieved.
A handwheel 61 which is in a combined drive connection with the drive motor 55 allows manual operation of the lifting mechanism in the event of a power failure.
The mobile lifting device described can be designed and used for purposes of all kinds; it is particularly advantageous for carrying out work on street lamps, overhead lines, masts, house facades, etc.
