Bei einem bekannten Fußbodenwischer dieser Art (DE-A 31 37 791) erfolgt das Arretieren und das Loesen der Arretierung des schwenkbaren Rahmenteils durch Verschwenken des Stieles. Dabei ist mit der Lagerwelle, an welcher der Stiel kardanisch angesetzt ist, ein mehrfach abgebogener Buegel gekoppelt, der ein 180o umgebogenes Ende eines Schenkels des schwenkbaren Rahmenteils umgreift. Dieser Fußbodenwischer ist in der Handhabung nicht optimal, da zum Entriegeln des schwenkbaren Rahmenteils zwecks Abnahme des Wechselbezuges der Stiel in eine bestimmte Richtung um 180o geschwenkt werden muß, was bei beengten Platzverhaeltnissen fast unmoeglich ist. Außerdem besteht beim Aufziehen eines neuen Wechselbezuges die Gefahr eines Einklemmens der Finger, z.B. wenn der Stiel umfaellt. Dadurch soll erreicht werden, daß sich die Raender hochstellen, wenn der Fußbodenwischer an den Fußleisten entlanggefuehrt wird, und dadurch die Fußleisten mit reinigen. Als nachteilig hat sich jedoch herausgestellt, daß damit die Ecken, also der Uebergang vom Fußboden auf die Fußleisten, nicht erfaßt werden, wie dies deutlich aus Fig. 3 dieser Druckschrift ersichtlich ist. Darueberhinaus knuddelt oder faltet sich der breite Rand schon dann, wenn der Fußbodenwischer mit geringer Kraft gegen die Wand gedrueckt wird. Dadurch wird der gewuenschte Effekt, die Fußleiste in einem Arbeitsgang durch Hochstellen der Raender zu reinigen, nicht erreicht. Die Praxis hat gezeigt, daß der breite Rand, insbesondere bei einer bereits haeufig benutzten Textilbespannung fuer ein einwandfreies Reinigen in Ecken und an den Kanten hinderlich ist.Reference should also be made to DE-C 31 39 245. Der in Fig. 1 bis 4 dargestellte Fußbodenwischer weist eine Traegerplatte 1 auf, an deren Oberseite ein Stiel 2 ueber eine Achse 3, die in Boecken 4 gelagert ist, kardanisch befestigt ist. Die beiden Rahmenteile 5 und 6 sind identisch und an den Ecken 5a bzw. 6a ihrer Schenkel um 90o umgebogen. Die Schenkel liegen in seitlichen Rinnen 7 bzw. 8 der Traegerplatte 1. An den Enden der Rinnen befinden sich Sackloecher 9 bzw. 10, in welche die umgebogenen Enden 5a bzw. 6a eingreifen. Das Rahmenteil 6 ist aus der in Fig. 2 gezeigten Strecklage um die von den Enden 6a gebildete Achse A nach unten verschwenkbar, was dadurch ermoeglicht wird, daß die Rinnen 8 nach unten zu offen sind. Das Rahmenteil 6 ist dagegen nicht verschwenkbar, da die Rinnen 7 nach unten zu geschlossen sind. Die Ausbildung der Taschen 21 als Kunststoff-Formteil hat sich in mehrfacher Hinsicht als besonders vorteilhaft erwiesen. Durch die Moeglichkeit der Profilierung ist ein besonders leichtes Einfuehren des Spannrahmens 5,6 gewaehrleistet. Unterschiedliche Wandstaerken, so ist der mittlere Bereich 318 in der Wandstaerke deutlich duenner ausgefuehrt als der umlaufende Eckbereich 319, wird auf der einen Seite ein hoher Anpressdruck der Textilbespannung 20 auf den Boden und in Ecken ermoeglicht.
