Claims (6)
- Einschnürring, bestehend aus einem Metallbandteil (1), welcher zusammengerollt ist, dessen beide Enden (2, 3) miteinander verbunden sind, ohne eine merkbare Überdicke in der Verbindungszone erscheinen zu lassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden (2, 3) des Bandteils (1) längs ihres Endrandes (4a, 5a) im wesentlichen in Kontakt miteinander angeordnet sind, wobei die Dicke jedes dieser Enden (2, 3) etwa halb so groß ist wie die Dicke des Bandes (1) und ihre Innenfläche (4, 5) oder Außenfläche nach außen (oder nach innen) in bezug auf die innere (oder äußere) Oberfläche des Ringes derart versetzt ist, um eine Aufnahme (11) für eine Platte (8) zu bilden, deren Dicke etwa halb so groß wie jene des Bandes (1) ist, wobei eine Anordnung von Stiften (6, 7) und komplementären Löchern (9, 10) an den Enden (2, 3) des Bandes (1) und an der Platte (8) vorgesehen ist, wobei diese Stifte (6, 7) in die Löcher (9, 10) eingreifen und ihr freies Ende an dem jeweiligen Element, der Platte (8) oder dem Ende des Bandes (2, 3), gegenüber demjenigen (Element), das sie trägt, angenietet ist.
- Einschnürring nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Anordnung von mindestens zwei Stiften (6, 7) oder Löchern aufweist, die sich an jedem der Enden (2, 3) des Bandes (1) befinden, und eine Anordnung von mindestens vier Löchern (9, 10) oder Stiften, die sich entsprechend an der Platte (8) befinden.
- Einschnürring nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (8) aus einem Werkstoff mit größerer mechanischer Festigkeit als jener des Bandes (1) ausgeführt ist.
- Einschnürring nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der Endränder (8a) der Platte (8) ein nicht-geradliniges Profil aufweist, und daß das entsprechende Ende (4b, 5b) der Aufnahme (11) ein komplementäres Profil aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Einschnürringes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die beiden gegenüberliegenden Enden (22, 23) von zwei Ringen in einem kontinuierlichen Metallband (21) durch Pressen und/oder Prägen gleichzeitig herstellt, um ihnen eine Dicke zu geben, die etwa halb so groß ist wie die des Bandes (21) und um in jedem derselben mindestens ein Loch oder mindestens einen Stift aufscheinen zu lassen, und daß man danach durch gleichzeitigen Schnitt der äußersten Endränder in axialer Richtung diese Enden herstellt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das an den Seitenrändern der Enden von zwei Ringen verdrängte Metall beispielsweise durch Abschneiden entfernt wird, um diesen Enden eine Breite im wesentlichen gleich jener des Bandes (21) zu verleihen.
