Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a variable sheet deflection for awnings and shading systems according to claim 1.
Covers and shading systems are often extended via extension rails, which have to bend due to the structure. In order to be able to manufacture the guide rails to match the kink, an exact measurement of the building structure is required first. Experience has shown that this often leads to discrepancies, since the person carrying out the measurement cannot exactly determine and indicate the angle.
Known embodiments produce the kink by bending the guide rails. This requires considerable technical effort to bend the guide rail as specified. Another negative effect is that the tension element grazes in the arch area, causes noise and wears out prematurely. In other known constructions, the kink is provided with insert parts in order to bridge the cutouts in the kink area, so that the extension slide, which pulls the curtain outwards, can be guided around the kink. In these embodiments, the kink must also be manufactured exactly in the factory, which has proven to be very complex. In addition, the deflection is relatively sharp, which has an inhibiting effect on the extension movement. Kink connections that are mechanically cut and completed only during construction are very complicated and time-consuming.
From EP-A-0 167 500 a generic arch deflection for awnings is known.
In this embodiment, the traction means for the awning fabric is guided in a guide bar on the upper edge of the guide rail, the guide rail being divided in the kink area and being provided with a fitting. The traction device is guided on the outer surface of the fitting over fixed elements and is subjected to considerable frictional wear.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of creating a variable sheet deflection, so that the actual awning or shading system can be manufactured in the factory without any specified dimensions, ie. H. the production of the guide rails should be able to be accomplished in such a way that the angular position of the kink in the area up to 90 degrees (and possibly in the opposite direction) on the structure no longer has to be determined and specified, with the aim here being to ensure that the traction means for the movement of the cloth on none Point grinds and thus a whistling noise and premature wear is excluded.
According to the invention, these objects are achieved by a variable sheet deflection according to the proposed claim 1.
Particularly preferred developments of the invention are characterized in the subclaims.
The guide rails to be adjusted in their angular position on each side of the building are formed in two parts, i. H. the guide rail is neither bent nor mitred, but consists of two straight guide rails. In this two-part embodiment, a joint is interposed, which is referred to below as a fitting. This adapter has two bearing bores, one bearing bore being assigned to a guide rail part and being connected to it in an articulated manner.
For this purpose, the guide rails also have their walls Corresponding bearing bores, and bearing bolts protrude together with the fitting and rollers that come to lie within the guide rails. The bearing bolts represent axes of rotation for the rollers at the same time. The adapter itself is created from a rear and a front joint plate, which enclose the guide rail parts, so that the latter comes to rest between the rear and front joint plates.
The rollers arranged on the common bearing pin are sunk inside the hollow chamber of the guide profiles. In addition, the rear hinge plate preferably carries a facing profile which essentially has the shape of the guide rail profiles, so that the hinge or the fitting is covered. Thus, the guide means, which is carried out within the hollow chamber of the guide rails, can be steered over the rollers of the adapter, wherein each have a deflection roller within the guide rails, preferably in the end-facing region of the hollow chambers pointing towards the adapter, so that the traction means is guided here without interference is.

Figure 1 shows the variable sheet deflection according to the invention.
The indicated wooden construction, for example of a winter garden, is indicated by the
Such a system part represents, for example, the traction means 15, which is responsible for the extending and retracting movement of the awning fabric.
Die Konterung des Lagerbolzens 6 erfolgt in herkömmlicher bekannter Art.By attaching the
It should be noted here that the traction means 15 is placed around the
In addition, a
Of course there is also the possibility to put a cuff around the joint.
The awning with its guide rails 1 can thus be delivered ready to the construction site and can be adapted to the individual inclination of the structure without additional assembly or modification work and can be fixed here by the fastening brackets identified by
Die Figur 2 zeigt einen Schnitt durch die variable Bogenumlenkung, wobei für die gleichen Elemente die gleichen Bezugszeichen verwendet sind.FIG. 2 shows a section through the variable arc deflection, the same reference numerals being used for the same elements.
With the present invention, a variable arc deflection for awnings and shading is created, the guide rails of which have to bend to adapt to the building.
