- La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un mécanisme de volet roulant monté dans la baie à l'aide des dispositifs de verrouillage et de solidarisation selon l'invention ;

- la figure 5 est une vue en élévation plane du dispositif selon un autre mode de réalisation en position déverrouillée ;
- la figure 6 est une vue en élévation plane du dispositif selon un autre mode de réalisation en position verrouillée.
Claims (10)
- Mécanisme de solidarisation de consoles dans un caisson de volet roulant, comprenant au moins une console (5) percée pour le passage du mécanisme du volet roulant, munie sur au moins un de ses flancs (7) d'une patte (8) s'étendant perpendiculairement audit flanc, ladite patte étant traversée par au moins un organe de verrouillage et de solidarisation (9, 24) éventuellement mû par une came (12), caractérisé en ce que l'organe de verrouillage et de solidarisation (9, 24) peut réaliser un mouvement de rotation autour d'un axe (4) conformé en T et selon une direction coplanaire à cette patte, générant un mouvement de levier qui vient mettre en contact les faces supérieures de la base (13) dudit axe avec des épaulements (19) pratiqués dans au moins une rainure (2) du profilé (3) dudit caisson (1).
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la console (5) et les pattes (8) sont réalisées par emboutissage ou par pliage d'une feuille métallique, la pluralité de pattes ainsi formées étant traversée par au moins un organe (9) de solidarisation et de verrouillage.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit à l'emplacement du passage dudit organe (9) sur la patte (8), de pratiquer un enfoncement (10) de ladite patte (8) en forme de cuvette afin de préserver le passage d'au moins une équerre (11).
- Mécanisme selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on prévoit de disposer sur une partie droite (14) de la clé (24), au niveau des zones en regard de la patte (8), un téton (29) qui se coince contre une paroi latérale de la patte (8) lorsque la clé (24) est en position verrouillée.
- Mécanisme selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe (9) de solidarisation et de verrouillage comporte une came (12) coopérant à un axe (4) dont la forme est adaptée au profil des rainures dans lesquelles il doit coulisser et traverser au moins une patte (8) au niveau d'un enfoncement (10), la base (13) de cet axe étant parallèle à la patte le supportant, la partie droite (14) traversant ladite patte (8) et une boutonnière (15) conformée sur la came (12), le surplombant.
- Mécanisme selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la came (12) réalise un mouvement de rotation d'environ un quart de tour autour de la partie droite (14) dudit axe et selon une direction coplanaire à ladite patte (8), ladite came entraínant, en outre, dans son mouvement de rotation, grâce à la came (12) qui affleure la partie inférieure (16) de l'enfoncement (10), l'une des extrémités dudit axe dans un mouvement de translation, perpendiculairement à l'axe de rotation.
- Mécanisme selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure (17) de ladite came (12) vient en contact avec un renflement (18) pratiqué à l'une des extrémités dudit axe en T, la face supérieure de la base (13) dudit axe étant éloignée, notamment par l'action du ressort (23), ou rapprochée des épaulements (19) pratiqués dans les profilés (3) du caisson, l'amplitude et le sens du mouvement de rotation de la came déterminant le verrouillage ou le déverrouillage dudit dispositif de solidarisation.
- Mécanisme selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la came possède par ailleurs une boutonnière (15) en deux parties pour le passage dudit axe (4), l'une des parties s'étendant sous la forme d'un trou oblong (20) débouchant, de largeur à peine supérieure au diamètre de la partie droite dudit axe, tandis que l'autre extrémité de la boutonnière s'étend sous la forme d'un trou tangent (21) à cette partie oblongue (20), le diamètre de ce trou étant en rapport avec la partie renflée (18) dudit axe.
- Mécanisme selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de verrouillage et de solidarisation (9), conformé en clé (24), circule, lorsqu'il est déverrouillé, perpendiculairement à la rainure (2) du profilé (3), évitant ainsi de glisser la console le long du profilé lorsqu'on utilise une console en position intermédiaire.
- Mécanisme selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lors de l'utilisation d'une console en position intermédiaire, ladite équerre (11) est escamotée ou supprimée et remplacée par une pièce d'égale épaisseur afin que la mise en contact des surfaces de la base dudit axe avec les épaulements du profilé s'effectue pour un même mouvement angulaire de la came.
