Claims (8)
- Dispositif pour produire des feuilles de format identique à partir de bandes de papier, de textiles ou de matières plastiques, en découpant des morceaux en forme de bandes s'étendant transversalement par rapport à la direction d'avancement de la bande de matériau (2), qui est composé d'un cylindre porte-couteaux rotatif (3) qui est entraîné dans la zone de coupe dans le même sens que la bande de matériau (2) et présente sur le pourtour au moins une paire de lames (5, 6) réglables coopérant avec une contre-lame (4), les lames (5, 6) étant chaque fois fixées sur des surfaces de fixation (12, 13) au moyen d'une tige en forme de baguette (7, 8), caractérisé en ce que les lames (5, 6) sont réglables par plusieurs organes d'avance (17) placés derrière une lame (5, 6), approximativement perpendiculairement à la surface de fixation (12, 13), et agissant sur la tige (7, 8), en ce que les surfaces de fixation (12, 13) associées à une paire de lames sont placées dans des évidements prismatiques, de part et d'autre d'un plan radial coupant l'axe de rotation du cylindre porte-couteaux (3), en étant approximativement uniformément réparties et en formant un angle approximativement droit.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bissectrice de deux flancs formant une lame (5, 6) est orientée dans la zone tranchante approximativement perpendiculairement à la bande de matériau.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les organes d'avance sont formés par des vis (17) qui traversent chaque fois un perçage (14) s'étendant du pourtour du cylindre porte-couteaux (3) à la surface de fixation (12, 13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les perçages (14) présentent un taraudage (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, comprenant plusieurs conduites de jonction (21) partant de l'intérieur du cylindre porte-couteaux et débouchant dans un intervalle formé par les lames, et reliées alternativement à une source de vide et à une source d'air comprimé, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre porte-couteaux (3) est réalisé sur le pourtour entre les lames (5, 6) par une mince baguette (22) adjacente à l'intervalle.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les conduites de jonction (21) sont prolongées par une baguette de guidage de l'air (26) fixée à la baguette (22), dont les segments (27) formant chaque fois l'une des extrémités de la conduite de jonction débouchent dans l'intervalle en étant décalés latéralement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les segments de prolongation (27) des conduites des jonction (21) présentent un tracé coudé vers le côté.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que les conduites de jonction (21) sont réalisées de façon élargie directement avant le segment de prolongation (27).
