Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur webmaschinengerechten Zuführung eines Kettwechselsystems von einer Einziehmaschine mit Einziehwagen zu einer Webmaschine, bestehend aus einem in den Einziehwagen fahrbaren, einen Kettbaum tragenden Transportwagen zur Übernahme und temporären Ablage des hauptsächlich aus Kettbaum, Kettwächter-Transporteinheit, Webschäften und Webblatt bestehenden Kettwechselsystems, in welches die Kettfäden eingezogen sind.The invention relates to a device for feeding a warp changing system from a drawing-in machine with a drawing-in carriage to a weaving machine, consisting of a transport carriage that can be moved into the drawing-in carriage and carries a warp beam for the takeover and temporary storage of the warp change system consisting mainly of warp beam, warp guard transport unit, weaving shafts and weaving reel in which the warp threads are drawn.
Aus der US-PS 4,934,413 ist ein Verfahren zum Einlegen eines Kettwechselsystems in eine Webmaschine und eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens bekannt.
Gemäß dem Verfahren erfolgt das Einlegen des Kettwechselsystems dadurch, daß durch Einziehen der Kettfäden in das aus einer Kettwächtereinheit, einer Webschafteinheit und einem Webblatt bestehende Kettwechselsystem das System zum Einlegen in die Webmaschine vorbereitet wird, daß daraufhin der Kettbaum in die Webmaschine eingelegt wird, daß während des Einlegens im Kettwechselsystem die Kettspannung erfaßt wird und daß während des Einlegens die Abweichung der Kettspannung von einem vorgegebenen Standardwert durch Drehen des Kettbaums behoben wird.From US Pat. Die zur Durchführung des Verfahrens vorgesehene Vorrichtung zeichnet sich im wesentlichen dadurch aus, daß das aus einem Kettbaum, einer Kettwächtereinheit, durch die die vom Kettbaum ausgehenden Kettfäden gezogen sind, und einem vorderen und hinteren Kettfadenführer bestehende Kettwechselsystem von Mitteln in Gestalt eines Kettbaum-Hubwagens aufgenommen und an die Webmaschine übergeben wird.
Die Aufnahmemittel bestehen aus einem ersten Arm zum Aufnehmen des Kettbaumes und aus einem zweiten Arm zum Aufnehmen und Ablegen des Kettwechselsystems aus einer separaten außerhalb der Webmaschine liegenden Position in eine vorbestimmte innerhalb der Webmaschine liegende Position.
Die Vorrichtung besteht ferner aus einem mit der Kettfadenumlenkwalze in Kontakt stehendem Fühler zur Erfassung der Kettspannung während des Einlegens der Kettwächtereinheit in die Webmaschine und aus Mitteln zum Aufbringen einer Kettbaumdrehung, die in Abhängigkeit von der durch den Fühler erfaßten Kettspannung wirksam werden.The device provided for carrying out the method is essentially characterized in that the warp changing system consisting of a warp beam, a warp guard unit through which the warp threads emanating from the warp beam are drawn, and a front and rear warp thread guide are taken up by means in the form of a warp beam lifting carriage and passed to the loom.

Nachdem in der hier nicht dargestellten Einziehmaschine die Kettfäden 9 von dem auf den Einziehwagen 1 gelagerten Kettbaum 3 in die aus der Kettwächtereinheit 6, den Webschäften 7 und dem Webblatt 8 bestehenden Kettwechselsystem eingezogen sind, wird der Transportwagen 4 durch den Einziehwagen 1 hindurchgeführt.
Der Transportwagen 1, der gegebenenfalls mit einem Lagerbock 5 oder einer Lademulde zur Aufnahme des Kettbaumes 3 ausgerüstet ist, trägt nahe der Lagerböcke 5 oder im Falle der Muldenablage des Kettbaumes exzentrisch zur Kettbaumachse je einen beidseitig im Randbereich des Transportwagens 4 sich in vertikaler Ebene erstreckenden Träger 10.
Dieser Träger 10 besteht aus einem ersten, starr mit dem Transportwagen 4 verbundenen Teilträger 10a und einem zweiten, am ersten Teilträger 10a schwenkbar angeordneten Teilträger 10b. Bedingt durch die konstruktive Ausbildung des Einziehwagens 1 ist der Transportwagen 4 nur in der gemäß Figur 1 dargestellten Schwenklage des Teilträgers 10b durch den Einziehwagen 1 gemäß Pfeilrichtung 15 fahrbar.
Nachdem der Transportwagen 4 den Kettbaum 3 aufgenommen hat, kann dieser aus dem Einziehwagen 1 in Richtung des Pfeiles 16 soweit herausgefahren werden, daß die vom Einziehwagen 1 getragene Kettwächtereinheit 6, die Webschäfte 7 und das Webblatt 8 von einer mit dem Träger 10 verbundenen Tragvorrichtung 12 aufgenommen werden können.
