Gemäß dem Verfahren erfolgt das Einlegen des Kettwechselsystems dadurch, daß durch Einziehen der Kettfäden in das aus einer Kettwächtereinheit, einer Webschafteinheit und einem Webblatt bestehende Kettwechselsystem das System zum Einlegen in die Webmaschine vorbereitet wird, daß daraufhin der Kettbaum in die Webmaschine eingelegt wird, daß während des Einlegens im Kettwechselsystem die Kettspannung erfaßt wird und daß während des Einlegens die Abweichung der Kettspannung von einem vorgegebenen Standardwert durch Drehen des Kettbaums behoben wird.

Vorrichtung zur webmaschinengerechten Zuführung eines Kettwechselsystems von einer Einziehmaschine mit Einziehwagen (1) zu einer Webmaschine (2), bestehend aus einem in den Einziehwagen (1) fahrbaren, einen gefüllten Kettbaum (3) von einem ersten und zweiten abstützenden und beabstandet voneinander angeordneten Lagerbock (5) tragenden Transportwagen (4) zur temporären Ablage des aus Kettbaum (3), Kettwächter-Transporteinheit (6), Webschäften (7) und Webblatt (8) bestehenden Kettwechselsystems, in welches die Kettfäden (9) eingezogen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vorzugsweise nahe der Lagerböcke (5) je ein sich in vertikaler Ebene erstreckender Träger (10) vorgesehen ist, bestehend aus einem ersten starr mit dem Transportwagen (4) verbundenen Teilträger (10a) und einem zweiten am ersten Teilträger (10a) schwenkbar angeordneten Teilträger (10b), daß das freie Ende jedes Teilträgers (10b) Mittel (11) zur Aufnahme einer Tragvorrichtung (12) besitzt, auf der webmaschinengerecht Teile (6,7,8) des Kettwechselsystems positioniert sind und daß die Tragvorrichtung (12) Vorkehrungen (13) zur Übernahme des Kettwechselsystems (3,6,7,8) durch einen Kettbaum-Hubwagen (14) aufweist.Device for feeding a warp changing system from a drawing-in machine with a drawing-in carriage (1) to a weaving machine (2), consisting of a filled warp beam (3) that can be moved into the drawing-in carriage (1) and is supported by a first and second supporting and spaced-apart bearing block ( 5) carrying trolley (4) for the temporary storage of the warp beam (3), warp guard transport unit (6), heald frames (7) and reed (8) existing warp change system, in which the warp threads (9) are drawn in, characterized in that A support (10) extending in the vertical plane is preferably provided near each of the bearing blocks (5), consisting of a first partial support (10a) rigidly connected to the transport carriage (4) and a second partial support (13) pivotably arranged on the first partial support (10a) 10b) that the free end of each partial carrier (10b) has means (11) for receiving a carrying device (12) on the weaving machine just parts (6,7,8) of the warp changing system are positioned and that the carrying device (12) has arrangements (13) for taking over the warp changing system (3,6,7,8) by a warp beam lifting carriage (14).
