- the capacity should be a flat jug 411 the capacity of one Round can with a diameter of 450 to 500 mm. If it is assumed as an example that the diameter a conventional round jug is approx. 457 mm, then one has Flat can (can 411) according to FIG. 3 with a width of 230 mm and a length of 780 mm a slightly larger capacity than the round jug. In other words, the length of the flat jug does not have to be twice the round can diameter in order to to give the same capacity.
- the height of the jug (round or flat jug) is determined by the Construction of the spinning frame given the cans 40, 41 or 411 must be placed under the spinning station.
Description
The invention relates to a method for changing cans between Transport trolley for flat cans and a textile machine according to the generic term of claim 1 and a trolley for can change for flat cans on a textile machine according to the preamble of the claim Second
The document DE 88 12 622 U1 discloses the removal of flat cans from an OE spinning machine and the filling of the OE spinning machine with a flat can on a spin box according to the preamble of claim 1. The full or empty flat cans become the spinning machine by means of a rail-bound transport carriage transported. The carriage is guided by a rail-bound pipe system, so that the transport trolley relocated to Rails is moved. The trolley is in its construction rigidly trained. However, this rigid construction of the dolly has the disadvantage that the removal or filling of flat cans an OE spinning machine can lead to malfunctions in operation and operation.
The disturbances result from the non-smooth transition of the flat cans from the spinning machine to the trolley and vice versa. The large weight of the flat cans filled with sliver has an effect in the transport cart equipped with the flat cans in the manner that the weight of the flat cans has a noticeable level difference between the can-receiving part of the trolley and the can-receiving part Part of the OE spinning machine. This level difference is particularly troublesome when filling the OE spinning machines with a flat can, because the flat can on the trolley is one lower level to the higher level of the receiver Part of the OE spinning machine is pushed. The flat jug must therefore over a higher edge of the can-receiving part of the OE spinning machine or transported across a ramp. This leads to damage to the jug in the lower area or Business interruptions.
In addition, the rail-bound transport system comes in one large production facility inevitably constantly level differences. This Differences in level result solely from the laying of the rails. In addition, the floor of the manufacturing facility generally points itself Bumps on. Ultimately, these irregularities and the rigid construction of the trolleys that the flat cans between the spinning machine and the trolley are not moved without problems can be.
So far, slivers have mostly been transported in round cans. This voluminous round cans are arranged in spinning machines in such a way that two round cans in front of two spinning stations due to their large volume had to be placed directly on the floor in a row, whereby each of the round cans supplied a spinning station with sliver. On Because of the large dimensions of the round cans, cans can be changed very easily complex and require operation by personnel. Only through that The use of flat cans is a clear assignment of a flat can to a spinning station. To profitability and increasing the effectiveness of the spinning machine are increasingly flat cans used. Flat cans have bulky ones Round cans have the decisive advantages that they absorb more sliver and by their form a clear and spinning station-related assignment enable on the spinning machine.
These flat cans are used in a further automation e.g. from a transponder car known from DE 88 12 622 U1 to the spinning machine transported. However, the problems mentioned above arose especially when moving a flat can from the trolley to the Open-end spinning machine.
The object of the present invention is therefore the removal or filling a textile machine (e.g. spinning machine) with flat cans.
This task is accomplished with regard to the method mentioned at the beginning of the features of claim 1 and with regard to the above Transport trolley solved by the features of claim 2.
As a "textile machine" in the sense of the present invention any textile machine that processes slivers can be understood. These include e.g. Draw frames and spinning machines like for example ring, air, false wire and open-end spinning machines, however, other textile machines, such as slivers be fed for processing, be suitable as e.g. Circular knitting machines used to manufacture pile fabrics and carpets fiber tapes are fed. Work organs can thus a drafting system (e.g. on a draw frame or air spinning machine), a spindle (e.g. in a ring spinning machine), an opening roller (in an open-end spinning machine) Needle cylinder (in a circular knitting machine) and the like. The The place where these organs are located is as follows designated with job. Usually has a textile machine, in which the subject matter of the application can find more than one job, but is the invention not limited to this.
For the purposes of the present invention, each “ Sliver composed of fibers are understood to be independent whether the sliver has a certain twist, as is the case with fuses or not.
