A dispenser (1) for a liquid or pasty product, comprising a container (4, 104), within which there is disposed a bag (2, 102) made of an easily deformable composite plastic without any renewed air intake, a base (7, 107) carrying the dispensing element (8-9, 139) being mechanically held in position relative to the container (4, 104), a bottom end of the said bag (2, 102) being welded along a band (33, 133), a dispenser wherein the said bag (2, 102) is formed from a sheath obtained by welding the longitudinal edges of a strip along at least one longitudinal band (32, 132), the peripheral length of the cross-section of the sheath being equal to the peripheral length of the base (7, 107), the said longitudinal weld band (32, 132) intersecting the said weld band (33, 133) of the bottom end in a zone distinct from the ends (33a, 33b, 133a, 133b) of the said weld band (33, 133) of the bottom end, characterized in that:
    - the longitudinal weld band (32, 132) welds an internal face of a longitudinal edge of the strip from which the said bag (2, 102) is formed, to the internal face of the other longitudinal edge of the strip situated on the same side of the strip as the preceding one,
    - the base (7, 107) has a weld bearing surface (10, 110), and
    - the welded assembly of the two longitudinal edges of the strip is folded against the external surface of the sheath and welded in this position by welding the end of the bag (2, 102) onto the weld bearing surface (10, 110) of the base.
  2. A product dispenser according to claim 1, characterized in that the weld bearing surface (10, 110) has at all points a radius of curvature which is greater than 0.5 mm.
  3. A product dispenser according to claim 1, characterized in that the strip from which the said bag (2, 102) is formed has a thickness comprised between 20 and 200 microns.
  4. A product dispenser according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the bag (2, 102) is made from a composite material formed by at least three layers, an internal layer whereof is directly welded to the weld bearing surface (10, 110) of the base (7, 107) and an external layer is intended for the mechanical protection of the bag (2, 102).
  5. A product dispenser according to claim 4, characterized in that the material of the internal layer has a fusion point which is lower than that of the material of the external layer.
  6. A product dispenser according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the internal layer and/or the external layer is made of a material of the group formed by polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyacrylonitrile, aluminium, polyamide, polyester.
  7. A product dispenser according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the intermediate layer disposed between the external layer and the internal layer is made of a material of the group formed by poly(vinyl ethylene/acetate) chloride, poly(vinyl ethylene alcohol), polyacrylonitrile, aluminium, polyamide.
  8. A product dispenser according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the assembly (32) of the two longitudinal edges soldered and folded against the external surface of the sheath is welded in this position by the weld band (33, 113) of the bottom end of the bag (2, 102).

  16. A product dispenser according to claim 14, characterized in that the container (104) is welded to the base (107) opposite a weld bearing surface (136) disposed above the weld bearing surface (110) of the bag (102) on the base (107).
  17. A product dispenser according to claim 14, characterized in that the container (104) receives at its end on the opposite side to that which receives the base (107), a bottom (105) joined to the container (104) by welding or bonding.
  18. A product dispenser according to claim 1, characterized in that the dispensing element (8, 139) is a membrane pump, a needle valve (141) or a manual pump.
