- the sleeve 27 houses a spring 26, which can be preloaded by a screw 30 engaging in a nut 31 carried by the sleeve 27.
- the fin 6 will keep its normal position (in the same plane of the element 2) until it strikes against a fixed obstacle capable of overcoming the resistance of the spring 26; under these conditions the fin will pivot around the pin 24 and will cause the sliding of the rod 25 and the compression of the spring 26. Once passed the obstacle, the spring will bring the fin back to the normal position.
