Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a control valve for the diffusion of a product contained in an aerosol can to be propelled out of it by the action of a propellant gas, miscible or not of said product, released by action on a diffuser.
  • the present invention relates to a control valve for the diffusion of a product contained in an aerosol can and propelled out of it by the action of a propellant gas, miscible or not with said product, released by action on a Streamer.
  • the current valves intended for such types of aerosols are produced from a hollow vertical rod forming a piston with vertical action and in the bottom of which rod opens a horizontal lateral hole forming the aforementioned connecting passage.
  • hair spray for example, the drying of the stagnant product at the bottom of the hollow cavity of the rod, causes partial or total blockages of the horizontal product outlet orifice modifying the product flow.
  • valves Other types of valves called “female valves" are used more particularly in certain sectors where it is necessary to prevent the product from drying out in the diffusion channels between two uses, that of paint for example and make it possible to sink the diffuser in the valve allowing, if necessary, to remove it for cleaning or rinsing. Very often, it is stipulated to return the aerosol after use, to purge the diffuser thus mounted on the valve, by pressing it until the gas outlet alone.
  • the present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks while adapting to existing diffusers and cans.
  • a control valve for the diffusion of a product contained in an aerosol can under the pressure of a propellant gas characterized in that it comprises a cylindrical rod of which an upper section comprises on at least a generator, a groove for the passage of the product suitable for bringing into communication by deformation of sealing means, under the effect of an action on a sheath open at its two ends and in which said upper section is engaged, the internal volume of the can with an upper end of said sheath communicating with a diffusion channel of a diffuser constituting a control of the action valve on said sheath.
