Ein derartiges Lärmschutzwandsegment ist aus der EP-A-0 039 984 bekannt.The invention relates to a noise protection wall segment, consisting of two vertical support posts on the edge and a substantially rectangular frame which is attached to the edge of the vertical support posts, the frame having two vertical frame spars and a lower horizontal frame spar. Such a noise barrier wall segment is known from EP-A-0 039 984.

Noise barriers are erected on the edges of roads, freeways and railroad tracks to protect residents from excessive noise. Various embodiments of noise barriers are known, often in solid construction be erected.

The object of the present invention is to provide noise barriers which consist of noise barrier segments which can be prefabricated industrially and which are variable, expedient and economical in terms of their sound absorption requirements, their construction and dismantling, and their interchangeability, for example in the event of damage.

The object according to the invention is achieved by noise barriers which can be produced from the noise barrier wall segments according to the invention, which are described in claims 1 to 15. The combination of post and frame part, whereby a frame part is inserted between the correspondingly shaped posts, provides, on the one hand, a simple possibility of assembling the noise protection walls according to the invention, and on the other hand, the industrial prefabrication and the interchangeability of the frame parts, as well as their variation with regard to their sound absorption values, their aesthetic Design etc. given.

  • Fig. 1 ist eine schräge Aufsicht auf die linke Hälfte eines erfindungsgemäßen Lärmschutzwandsegments;
  • Fig. 2 ist die schematische Aufsicht auf den seitlichen Kantenbereich des Rahmens des erfindungsgemäßen Lärmschutzwandsegments;
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the following FIGS. 1 to 3.
  • Fig. 1 is an oblique view of the left half of a noise barrier wall segment according to the invention;
  • Fig. 2 is a schematic plan view of the side edge region of the frame of the noise barrier wall segment according to the invention;
  • Fig. 3 is a schematic representation of the locking of the frame element in the post of the noise barrier wall segment used according to the invention.

In Fig. 1, 1 denotes the post element which, in the preferred embodiment according to the invention, has an I-shaped cross section. The post elements can also be formed from square tubes. At this post 1 is the left side of the frame of the noise barrier wall segment according to the invention arranged adjacent, eg inserted or lashed. In the same way, the right post, not shown, is formed on the right edge of the frame.

The frame consists of two vertical frame bars 2, the lower horizontal frame bar 5 and the two upper stiffening bars 3 and 4, which are attached to the upper end regions of the vertical frame bars 2 in such a way that they connect them to one another and form the slot through which at least one Sound absorption plate 8 is guided. The front stiffening bar 3 is rigidly connected to the lateral vertical frame bars 2 or is formed in one piece. On the other hand, the rear stiffening bar 4 is designed to be removable, i.e. that it is releasably fixed in its position, for example, with a releasable screw 4b or another fastening element known per se.

On the inward-facing surfaces of the vertical frame spars 2 6 spring rubbers 7 are arranged in a holder, against each of which a vertical edge of the sound absorbing plate 8 rests in the assembled state.

In the same way, holder 6 with spring rubber 7 is arranged on the inward-facing surface of the lower horizontal frame spar 5, against which the lower edge of the sound absorbing plate 8 rests.

In the stiffening bars 3 and 4, preferably centrally in relation to the inner sound absorbing plate 8, a bore 9 penetrating the sound absorbing plate 8 at this point is formed; in the assembled state there is an annular component 9a in the coaxial opening (coaxial with respect to the axis of the bore 9) in the sound absorption plate 8, which on the one hand holds the distance between the bars 3 and 4 and on the other hand secures the sound absorption plate 8 in the assembled state when a threaded bolt is inserted into the bore 9 and the arrangement is secured and locked by the threaded bolt and a lock nut. Fixing the sound absorbing plate 8 almost in the middle ensures that the glass can work freely.

A preferred embodiment of the frame according to the invention is shown in detail in FIG. 2. In this view of the corner area of the frame, the reference numerals have the meaning given above, but in each case at least one perpendicular groove is formed in the inwardly facing surfaces of the vertical frame spars 2, in the holder 6 and spring rubber 7, preferably with a U-shaped one Cross section, are arranged. The adjacent edge of the sound absorbing plate 8 is secured in this groove.

In the same way, a corresponding groove is preferably formed in the same way on the inward-facing surface of the lower horizontal frame spar 5 with an inner holder 6 and spring rubber 7, in which the lower edge of the swallowing plate 8 is secured in a fitting manner.

In Fig. 3 it is shown schematically how the edge regions of the frame according to the invention are releasably secured in the post 1. Here, the front edge of the frame lies flat in the area of the vertical frame spars 2 on a free leg of the carrier 1 with a U-shaped or I-shaped cross-section, while a clamping or. Between the other free leg of the carrier 1 and the other side of the vertical frame spars 2 Spacer element 10 is arranged, which is supported, for example, on the inside of one free leg of the carrier 1 and the other end of which presses in a locking manner against the opposite side of the vertical frame spar 2. Because this clamping bolt or this spacer is designed to be detachable, an extremely easy and convenient assembly and disassembly of the frame of the noise barrier wall segment according to the invention is possible.

Preferably, the is inserted into the frame Sound absorption plate 8 by up to 50% higher than the frame or as the vertical frame spars 2, so that, conversely, given a segment height, the frame must have a height which is only about two thirds of the height of the sound absorption plate 8.

For reasons of strength and stability, the sound absorbing plate 8 is made of a synthetic glass material, in particular an acrylic glass material.

In a preferred exemplary embodiment of the invention, the sound-absorbing plate is composed of acrylic glass elements which have beads and webs that interlock with one another at their vertical edges.

In a further preferred exemplary embodiment of the invention, the sound absorbing plate 8 consists of a synthetic glass, in particular an acrylic glass with cast-in polyamide threads, which is available on the market from Degussa, for example, under the name "Paraglas".

The materials of such an artificial glass are chosen so that the embedded polyamide threads do not form a molecular bond with the synthetic glass, in particular the acrylic glass. This has the advantage that the sound absorbing plate can tear in the event of a vehicle crash, but the cohesion is retained due to the embedded polyamide threads, which can slide in the acrylic glass due to the lack of molecular bonding. This eliminates the need for safety nets to protect against impact accidents that were previously necessary.

If the embedded polyamide threads are also dyed black and arranged vertically, the prescribed bird protection is guaranteed at the same time.

In the case of a noise protection wall segment with this structure, it is possible, instead of the previously required post sequence of about 2 m, to provide a post sequence of only about 5 to 6 m with several, in particular three, soundproof panels let the sound absorbing plates protrude up to one meter above the frame. The adjacent soundproofing panels are connected to each other at the joints by plastic profiles made of polycarbonate. As a result, the view, which is severely impaired due to the short post sequence in the known noise barriers, is considerably improved.

The frame according to the invention with or without an internal sound absorbing plate 8 can be prefabricated in the factory; after placing the posts 1 at an appropriate distance and appropriate orientation, the noise barrier according to the invention can be installed in a very short time by inserting the frame between the posts. If a sound absorbing plate 8 is to be subsequently installed or removed without replacing the frame, the removable stiffening spar 4 is removed in a simple manner, the sound absorbing plate 8 is removed or inserted and the spar 4 is mounted again.
