Claims (9)
- Distributeur (1; 101), en particulier pour des produits pâteux, comportant un corps (3; 103), dans lequel est disposé un piston suiveur (13; 113), qui se déplace dans la direction de délivrance, dans une mesure correspondant à la quantité de produit délivrée,un canal de délivrance (19; 119) présentant un orifice de canal de délivrance (9; 109),un deuxième piston (27; 127), qui est relié à un bouton-poussoir (7; 107) du distributeur de telle sorte que, par un enfoncement du bouton-poussoir (7; 107) du distributeur en direction du corps, du produit à distribuer est délivré à travers le canal de délivrance (19; 119), etun élément tournant (21; 108), par la rotation duquel le bouton-poussoir (7; 107) du distributeur peut être ramené dans sa position de départ,
caractérisé en ce quedans le canal de délivrance (19; 119), il est prévu une soupape (31; 131), qui ne s ouvre que dans la direction de délivrance,entre le deuxième piston (27; 127) et le corps (3), il est prévu une chambre intermédiaire (25; 125), dans laquelle le deuxième piston est déplaçable,entre la chambre intermédiaire (25; 125) et le corps (3), est disposée une soupape anti-retour (17; 117) ne s'ouvrant que dans la direction de délivrance ettous les éléments constitutifs du distributeur sont réalisés en des matières plastiques recyclables. - Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que tous les éléments constitutifs sont réalisés en une seule et même matière plastique recyclable.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la matière recyclable est une polyoléfine.
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un insert cylindrique (23; 123) qui est relié au corps (3; 103) et qui renferme la chambre intermédiaire (25; 125), le long de laquelle le bouton-poussoir (7; 107) du distributeur et le deuxième piston (27; 127) sont déplaçables vers le haut et vers le bas.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif limiteur de rotation (58, 60; 130) est prévu entre l'insert cylindrique (23; 123) et le bouton-poussoir (7; 107) du distributeur.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif limiteur de rotation est formé d'une rainure longitudinale (59) et d'une saillie (60) disposée dans cette dernière.
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément tournant est constitué par le capuchon de fermeture (21) du distributeur (1).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément tournant est constitué par une bague tournante (108), à travers laquelle s'étend le bouton-poussoir (107) du distributeur.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la bague tournante (108) présente un épaulement (128) se développant sous une forme hélicoïdale, épaulement qui coopère avec une saillie (126) formée sur le bouton-poussoir (107) du distributeur pour convertir le mouvement de rotation de la bague tournante (108) en un déplacement axial du bouton-poussoir (107) du distributeur.
