Description

Dadurch wird eine wasserfeste Imprägnierung ohne Fremdmaterialien erreicht. Diese Art der Imprägnierung hat darüberhinaus den Vorteil, dass die Verleimung innerhalb der Wellkartonschichten und der Schichten untereinander nicht durch Lösungsmittel beeinträchtigt wird, wie dies z.B. beim Lackieren mit üblichen Lacken der Fall ist. Die Stirnflächen der Platte 1 sind abgeschlossen, so dass kein Wasser oder Fremdmaterialien in die Wellen der Schichten 15, 16 eindringen kann. Durch den kreuzweisen Schichtaufbau ist die Platte 1 in beiden Richtungen biegesteif. Claims (12)

  1. Panel made of cardboard, in particular for a pallet, consisting of a core (70) of single-fluted, single-sided layers of corrugated cardboard glued on top of one another (71) whose corrugations viewed longitudinally run perpendicular to the plans of the panel, and cardboard blanks (52, 75) glued one each to the upper side and underside of the core (70).
  2. Panel according to Claim 1, wherein the cardboard blanks (52, 75) consist of grey cardboard.
  3. Panel according to Claim 2, which has a rectangular horizontal projection and wherein grey cardboard strips (90, 91) are glued onto all four end faces of the core (70).
  4. Panel according to Claim 3, wherein the cardboard blanks (75) and the strips (90, 91) are covered with sections of kraft paper (92, 93) which are folded around all the longitudinal edges (95, 96) of the panel.
  5. Cardboard pallet consisting of:
    - a panel (1) as described in one of Claims 1-4,
    - at least four square-shaped feet (2) glued onto the underside (5) of the panel (1), containing corrugated cardboard (28), and
    - at least two laths (3) glued to the underside of at least two feet (2), which consist of a lath core (22, 60, 80) of cardboard and a lath cover (18, 61, 81-86).
  6. Pallet according to Claim 5, wherein the lath cover (18, 61, 62, 81-86) covers the two narrow sides of the lath core (22, 60, 80).
  7. Pallet according to Claims 5 or 6, wherein the short front edges (98) of the panel (1) are sealed with a watertight glue.
  8. Pallet according to one of Claims 5-7, wherein the feet (2) each consist of a grey cardboard foot cover (56) folded around the vertical edges and a core of corrugated cardboard (28).
  9. Pallet according to one of Claims 5-8, wherein the lath cover includes at least one covering (85, 86) of kraft paper or single-fluted corrugated cardboard, which encloses at least the longitudinal edges of the lath (3).
  10. Pallet according to one of Claims 5-9, wherein the two end faces of each lath (3) are sealed with waterproof glue.
  11. Pallet according to one of Claims 5-10, wherein the laths (3) have a trapezoidal cross-section.
  12. Pallet according to Claims 5-11, wherein the panel (1) the feet (2) and the laths (3) are waterproofed by impregnation, in particular by means of a waterproof glue or a water-based varnish.
