Dabei ist vorgesehen, daß ein Paßstift 21 den Schlitz 26 in Umfangsrichtung von Plattenzylinder 1 und ein Paßstift 22 den Schlitz 26 beispielsweise unter 45° geneigt zur Umfangsrichtung des Plattenzylinder verlaufend aufweist. Durch die elektrisch isolierte Verbindung von Paßstift 21, 22 sowie den entsprechenden Füllstücken 27 kann durch Berührung der Kante der Ausstanzungen 24, 25 der Druckplatte D die registergerechte Anlage geprüft werden. Wenn die Kanten der Ausstanzungen 24, 25 satt an der Außenkontur des Paßstiftes 21, 22 anliegen, so sind die Füllstücke 27 gegenüber den Paßstiften 21, 22 elektrisch leitfähig miteinander verbunden. Da ein Schlitz 26 und somit das entsprechende Füllstück 27 eines Paßstiftes 21 geneigt zur Umfangsrichtung des Plattenzylinders 1 verläuft (Fig. 3), kann damit sogar ein Lagefehler der Druckplatte D in Schräg- bzw. In einer einfachen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann somit feststellbar sein, ob durch diesen Kurzschluß das Potential der Füllstücke 27 auf das elektrische Potential des Plattenzylinders 1 heruntergezogen wurde. Auch kann durch die Tastköpfe 29, 30 eine elektrische Leitfähigkeitsprüfung vorgenommen werden, indem beispielsweise ein Stromfluß erfaßt wird. Bei einer derartigen Abfrage kann sowohl Gleichstrom als auch Wechselstrom verwendet werden. Durch eine entsprechende Schwellwertsetzung in Verbindung mit einstellbaren Empfindlichkeiten kann auch eine Leitfähigkeitsveränderungen der Füllstücke 27 gegenüber den Paßstiften 21, 22 auf Grund von Feuchtmitteleinfluß oder ähnlichem berücksichtigt werden. Das Blechprofil 8 sowie die Schiene 9 sind dabei um eine Schwenkachse 7 gelagert, welche sich zwischen zwei Rahmenteilen des Schutzes 6 erstreckt. An beiden Enden der Schiene 9 sind zwei Anschläge 16 angebracht, die insbesondere einstellbar sein können und im hier gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel dazu dienen die Schiene 9 derartig an den Plattenzylinder 1 anzustellen, so daß sich einmal ein definierter Spalt zwischen Einführfläche 15 und dem Druckanfang DA am Plattenzylinder 1 ergibt und zum anderen um zu hohe Andruckkräfte der Tastköpfe 29, 30 gegenüber den Kontaktflächen 28 zu vermeiden. Gemäß Fig. 2 sind die Tastköpfe 29, 30 unterhalb der Einführfläche 15 angebracht. Wie bereits weiter oben stehend angedeutet, ergibt eine derartige Aufhängung der Tastköpfe 29, 30 an einer eine Einführfläche 15 bietenden Schiene 9 eine sehr vorteilhafte Art der Abfrage der durch die Paßstifte 21, 22 gebildeten Meßfühler einerseits und andererseits eine sehr bequeme Art des Einführens einer neuen Druckplatte.Fig. 2 shows a view from the printing unit, the protection against the printing unit cylinders 6 with the sheet profile 8 and the rail 9 attached to it. Claims (15)

Vorrichtung zur Kontrolle der registergerechten Anlage einer Druckplatte auf dem Plattenzylinder von Druckmaschinen, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschinen, bei welcher der Plattenzylinder in einer Zylindergrube eine Spannschiene zur Aufnahme der dem Druckanfang zugeordneten Druckplattenkante aufweist und in der Spannschienen wenigstens ein elektrisch abfragbarer Meßfühler vorgesehen ist, dem ein Signal entnehmbar ist, wenn die Druckplatte eine registergerechte Orientierung bezüglich der Spannschiene einnimmt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Bereich der Spannschiene (3) zum Abgriff der Signale des oder der Meßfühler (21, 22) diesen wenigstens eine das Meßsignal bereitstellende Kontaktfläche (28) zugeordnet ist, daß entsprechend der Zahl der vorgesehenen Kontaktflächen (28) wenigstens ein gestellseitig aufgehängter, gegenüber dem Plattenzylinder (1) beweglich gelagerter Tastkopf (29, 30) angeordnet ist, so daß jeder Tastkopf (29, 30) an eine Kontaktfläche (28) anstellbar ist, wenn der Plattenzylinder (1) in eine zum Anlegen der Druckplatte in die Spannschiene (3) vorgesehene Winkelstellung verfahren ist.
