Description
- la Figure 1 est une vue schématique partielle d'un bâtiment dont la façade est revêtue par un habillage isolant formé de panneaux conformes à la présente invention, ledit habillage étant également représenté partiellement ;
- la Figure 2 est une vue en perspective éclatée d'un panneau conforme à la présente invention, ledit panneau étant représenté de face ;
- la Figure 3 est une vue en coupe transversale éclatée d'un panneau selon l'invention appliqué contre la paroi à isoler, dans une position prête pour la fixation, la coupe étant effectuée selon la ligne longitudinale moyenne dudit panneau ;
- la Figure 4 est une vue de dessus agrandie de l'un des inserts noyés dans le panneau ;
- la Figure 5 est une vue en coupe effectuée suivant la ligne V-V de la Figure 4 ;
- la Figure 6 est, à plus grande échelle et représentée en partie, une vue analogue à la Figure 5, d'un insert conforme à un autre mode de réalisation ; et
- la Figure 7 est une vue en coupe selon VII-VII de la Figure 6.
Claims (11)
- Panneau isolant destiné à faire partie d'un ensemble de panneaux isolants (1) de même type, devant être rapportés sur une paroi de construction à isoler pour en constituer un habillage isolant, chaque panneau isolant (1) étant constitué par une plaque (2) en matériau isolant, ladite plaque (2) étant traversée par au moins une perforation tubulaire dont la partie (16) débouchant dans l'une des surfaces de la plaque est de plus grand diamètre que celle débouchant dans la surface opposée de la plaque, les deux parties étant séparées par un décrochement, un insert (3) étant disposé dans chacune des perforations et étant constitué par un élément tubulaire (10) positionné dans la partie de plus petit diamètre de la perforation et servant de passage à un élément (4) de fixation dudit panneau (1) à ladite paroi, ledit élément tubulaire (10) étant replié vers l'extérieur à son extrémité interne pour former une plaque (13) venant en appui contre le décrochement précité et servant de retenue pour ledit élément de fixation (4), caractérisé par le fait que la plaque (13) d'un insert (3) se prolonge au-delà du décrochement et que la plaque (2) et le ou les inserts (3) qu'elle porte sont moulés d'un seul tenant pour ne former qu'une seule et même pièce rigide à manipuler, les prolongations de la plaque (13) d'un insert (3) se trouvant noyées au sein de ladite plaque (2).
- Panneau isolant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le matériau isolant de la plaque (2) est réalisé en polystyrène mousse ou en une mousse de matière plastique analogue, et chaque insert (3) est un élément venu de moulage en polystyrène renforcé choc ou similaire, qui est placé dans le moule destiné à recevoir les particules préexpansées devant être chauffées pour former la plaque isolante (2).
- Panneau isolant selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'un insert (3) comporte des organes de renfort (15) de type nervures portés par ladite plaque-support (13) et/ou par ledit élément tubulaire (10), lesdits organes de renfort étant également noyés au sein de la plaque (2).
- Panneau isolant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément tubulaire (10) d'un insert (3) débouche dans la surface de la plaque (2) qui est destinée à venir en appui contre la paroi à isoler.
- Panneau isolant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément tubulaire (10) débouche dans la plaque-support (13) en formant un logement (12) pour la tête (4a) de l'élément de fixation associé (4).
- Panneau isolant selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que la plaque-support (13) comporte une partie centrale (13a) dans laquelle débouche l'élément tubulaire (10), et s'étend en périphérie suivant plusieurs branches (13b) régulièrement réparties, une nervure de renfort (15) étant associée à chacune des branches (13a).
- Panneau isolant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens permettant le rattrapage de la planéité des parois à isoler.
- Panneau isolant selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'à chaque insert (3) est associée une douille (19) introduite dans l'élément tubulaire (10) dudit insert (3) et capable de se déplacer coaxialement dans ce dernier et d'y être bloquée à la hauteur désirée pour que la partie de ladite douille (19) dépassant du panneau (1) sur sa surface devant être rapportée sur la paroi à isoler, permette un rattrapage de la planéité de cette paroi.
- Panneau isolant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est de forme générale rectangulaire, et qu'il comporte deux inserts (3) disposés suivant la ligne longitudinale moyenne de la plaque (2).
- Panneau isolant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que ses chants portent des moyens (6 - 7 - 8 - 9) d'assemblage par rainure et languette de panneaux adjacents (1) entre eux.
- Panneau isolant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que chaque évidement (16) reçoit un bouchon (5) en matériau isolant.
