Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zum öffnen eines Beutels (1) aus flexiblem Material zum Verpacken zusammenpreßbarer Produkte, insbesendere von Hygieneprodukten, wie etwa Höschenwindeln, wobei der Beutel (1) aus einer flexiblen Hülle besteht, die die Produkte im zusammengepreßten Zustand umgibt und zusammenhält, und die nach dem Füllen eine im wesentlichen parallelepipedische Form besitzt, wobei sie zwei Vorderwände (5, 6), zwei Seitenwände (3, 4), eine Bodenwand (7) und eine Deckelwand (8) sowie einen aufgesetzten Handgriff (9) aus flexiblem Material umfaßt, der einen Basisabschnitt (10), welcher durch eine Schweißzone an der Peripherie des oberen Abschnittes der Hülle befestigt ist, und einen weiteren Abschnitt umfaßt, der durch die beiden Endränder (29) begrenzt ist und sich über der Deckelwand (8) der Hülle befindet, wobei die genannte Öffnungsvorrichtung au einer Schwächungslinie besteht, die eine diskontinuierliche Kontur bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwächungslinie zwei erste senkrechte Voreinschnittlinien (13) aufweist, die jeweils entsprechend in den oberen Abschnitt jeder der Vorderwände (5, 6) eingearbeitet sind und sich im wesentlichen geradlinig durch zwei zweite Voreinschnittlinien (15) verlängern, welche zugleich in den oberen Rand jeder der Vorderwände (5, 6) sowie in das flexible Material, dss den angesetzten Handgriff (9) bildet, welcher durch Schweißung an der Hülle befestigt ist, einschließlich in die Schweißzone (12), eingearbeitet sind, wobei sich die zweiten Voreinschnittlinien (15) bis zu einem Endrand (29) des Abschnittes des Handgriffes (9) verlängern, der sich über der Deckelwand (8) der Hülle befindet und wobei die Linien untereinander durch eine dritte waagerechte Voreinschnittlinie (14) verbunden sind, die in die Deckelwand (8) eingearbeitet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Voreinschnittlinien (13, 14, 15) aus Perforationen bestehen, die in die flexiblen Materialien eingearbeitet sind, welche die Hülle des Beutels (1) und den angesetzten Handgriff (9) bilden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten senkrechten Voreinschnittlinien (13) den vorherrschenden Abschnitt der Länge der Voreinschnittlinien bilden, die in die Vorderwände (5, 6) eingearbeitet sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforationen (15), die im wesentlichen in das den angesetzten Handgriff (9) bildende Material und in die Schweißzone (12) eingearbeitet sind, ein Brechvermögen aufweisen, das größer als das der Perforationen (3) ist, die vorherrschend in die Vorderwände (5, 6) und in die Deckelwand (8) der Hülle des Beutels eingearbeitet sind, und das durch das Vorhandensein einer höheren Anzahl von Perforationen je Längeneinheit, oder durch eine unterschiedliche Form des Typs der Perforationen erzielt wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abmessung der Voreinschnittlinien (13, 15), die über die Gesamtheit der Höhe der Vorderwände (5, 6) eingearbeitet sind, im wesentlichen zwischen der Hälfte und den zwei Dritteln der Abmessung der verpackten Produkte, wie etwa der Höschenwindeln (19), liegen kann, wobei letztere senkrecht in mindestens einem waagrechten Stapel angeordnet sind und in der waagrechten Stapelrichtung zusammengedrückt sind, d.h. in der parallel zu den Vorderwänden (5 6) des Beutels (1) verlaufenden Richtung.
  6. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennheichnet, daß die senkrechten Voreinschnittlinien (13) vorzugsweise in einem Abstand angeordnet sein können, der mindestens der Dicke eines Produktes zum Rande der einen der Seitenwände (3, 4) entspricht.
  7. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Voreinschnittlinien (15), die in das den angesetzten Handgriff (9) bildende flexible Material eingearbeitet sind, durch Abreißmittel, wie etwa Greifklauen (17), verlängert sind, die es dem Benutzer ermöglichen, durch Ziehen an den Klauen das Losreißen desjenigen Abschnittes des Beutels einzuleiten, der durch die Voreinschnittlinien (13, 14, 15) begrenzt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, ddurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Voreinschnittlinien (15) an ihren Enden in der Nähe der Abreißmittel Aussparungszonen (16) aufweisen, die diesen Bereich des angesetzten Handgriffes (9) schwächen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ddurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abschnitt (18) der Wände des Beutels, der beim Öffnen des Beutels teilweise vom Rest der Hülle entlang der Voreinschntitlinien (13, 14) abgetrennt wird, eine Öffnung (20) in Form einer Tasche bildet, die heruntergeklappt und provisorisch an der Deckelwand (8) an ihren Rand (21) befestigt werden kann, der insbesondere mit einem erneut positionierbaren, klebenden Befestiger versehen ist.
