Claims (10)
- Beutel (1) für trockene Schüttgüter, bestehend aus einer quaderförmigen Hülle aus heißversiegelbarem Material, die an ihren Enden,dem jeweils oberen (2) und dem unteren (3),geschweißt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das obere Ende (2) nur auf einem Teil seiner Länge geschweißt ist; daß der nicht geschweißte Teil (6) dieses Endes durch ein Klebeband (8) verschlossen ist. - Beutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der geschweißte Teil (5) sich wenigstens über die Hälfte der Länge des oberen Endes (2) erstreckt.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Ende (2) der Hülle von jeder Seite zum Inneren des Beutels (1) zusammengefaltet ist, so daß zwei symmetrische Einschlagfalten (7) gebildet sind und daß der nicht geschweißte Teil (6) etwas höher ist als die Länge der korrespondierenden zum Inneren des Beutels (1) gerichteten Einschlagfalte, wobei sie dazu vorgesehen ist, nach dem Ausklappen nach außen einen Ausgießer zu bilden.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Ende (2) auf den Beutel (1) zurückgefaltet ist, wobei das Klebeband (8) den nicht geschweißten Teil (5) und die Oberseite des Beutels (1) verbindet.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klebeband (8) durch ein Etikett (80) gebildet ist, das den größten Teil des Scheitels des Beutels (1) bedeckt und das einen länglichen vorgestanzten Streifen (81) beinhaltet, der rittlings auf dem oberen Ende (2) des Beutels (1) sitzend vorgesehen ist.
- Beutel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Streifen (81) ein Mittel (81a) beinhaltet, das es erlaubt, sein Anheben und sein Abreißen zu erleichtern.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus transparentem Polypropylen in Lebensmittelqualität hergestellt ist.
- Beutel nach Anspruch 7, daurch gekennzeichnet, daß er trockene schüttbare Lebensmittel enthält.
- Vorrichtung, um das Schließen des oberen Endes(2) des Beutels(1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8 sicherzustellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie heizbare hacken (10, 11) enthält, die einen aktiven gezahnten Bereich (12) besitzen, der einem inaktiven ungezahnten Bereich (13) benachbart ist, dessen Länge der Länge des nicht geschweißten Teils entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der inaktive Bereich (13) ein aus Polytetrafluorethylen(PTFE) hergestelltes Einsatzstück von gleicher Dicke wie der des gezahnten aktiven Bereiches (12) erhält.
