Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Aggregateinheit für einen Staubsauger.
- Bei einem durch die EP-A-0 365 797 bekannten Staubsauger ist in einem in dessen Gehäuse vorgesehenen Motorraum ein Gebläseaggregat eingebaut, das über Leitungen mit einer ebenfalls im Motorraum angeordneten, die für die Drehzahlsteuerung des Gebläseaggregates notwendigen Steuerelemente enthaltenden Leiterplatte verbunden ist. An die Leiterplatte ist ferner eine das Anschlußkabel des Staubsaugers enthaltende Kabeltrommel angeschlossen. Das Gebläseaggregat, die Kabeltrommel und die Leiterplatte müssen bei diesem Staubsauger einzeln in dem Motorraum des Staubsaugergehäuses montiert werden, was durch die engen Raumverhältnisse in dem Staubsaugergehäuse erschwert wird. Eine Montage mittels Automaten ist bei diesem Staubsauger praktisch nicht möglich.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Aggregateinheit für einen Staubsauger zu schaffen, bei der die zur Aggregateinheit gehörenden Elemente wesentlich einfacher montierbar sind.
- Diese Aufgabe ist bei einer Aggregateinheit für einen Staubsauger gelöst, die ein Gebläseaggregat, eine das Anschlußkabel des Staubsaugers tragende Kabeltrommel und eine mit dem für den Betrieb des Staubsaugers erforderlichen elektrischen Steuerelementen bestückte Tragplatte umfaßt und die ferner ein das Gebläseaggregat aufnehmendes und in einen entsprechenden Einbauraum des Staubsaugers einsetzbares Kapselgehäuse aufweist, an dem ferner die Tragplatte und die Kabeltrommel anbaubar sind, wobei die an der Tragplatte angeordneten und durch an der Tragplatte vorgesehene elektrische Verbindungselemente untereinander funktionsgerecht verbundenen Steuerelemente auch mit dem Anschlußkabel und dem Gebläseaggregat verbunden sind. Die die Aggregateinheit bildenden Elemente können außerhalb des Einbauraumes des Staubsaugers zu der Aggregateinheit zusammengefügt werden, die dann als komplettes Bauteil in den Einbauraum des Staubsaugers eingesetzt wird.
- Die Ansprüche 2,4,6 und 7 beschreiben konstruktive Ausgestaltungen der Aggregateinheit, die ein Zusammenfügen der einzelnen Elemente der Aggregateinheit durch Steckmontage ermöglichen. Somit kann diese Montage, da sie nur geradlinige Montagebewegungen erfordert, insbesondere mittels Montageautomaten ausgeführt werden.
- Anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles wird die Erfindung nachfolgend näher beschrieben. Es zeigt:

- Mit 1 ist ein topfförmiges Kapselgehäuse bezeichnet, das durch einen Deckelteil 2 verschließbar und durch eine am Deckelteil 2 umlaufend angeordnete Dichtschnur 3 abgedich-tet ist. In das Kapselgehäuse 1 ist ein aus einem Gebläse 4 und einem Motor 5 bestehendes Gebläseaggregat eingesetzt, wobei im Topfteil 6 des Kapselgehäuses 1 entsprechende Aufnahmen 7 angeformt sind, auf die das Gebläseaggregat 4,5 beim Einbringen in das Kapselgehäuse 1 aufgesetzt ist. An dem Deckelteil 2 sind entsprechende Haltevorsprünge 8 vorgesehen, durch die das auf die Aufnahmen 7 aufgesetzte Gebläseaggregat 4,5 nach dem Anbringen des Deckelteiles 2 an dem Kapselgehäuse 1 in seiner Lage gesichert ist. Es bedarf somit keiner gesonderten Befestigung des Gebläseaggregates 4,5 in dem Kapselgehäuse 1. Das Kapselgehäuse 1 weist auf seiner einen Gehäuseseite eine von einem Dichtungselement 9 umgebene Anschlußöffnung 10 auf, hinter der die Ansaugöffnung 11 des Gebläses 4 liegt. Mit der Anschlußöffnung 10 wird das Kapselgehäuse 1 beim Einbau in einen Staubsauger mit einer in der zwischen dem Staubund Gebläseraum des Staubsaugers angeordneten Trennwand vorgesehenen Durchtrittsöffnung gekoppelt.
- Auf der einen um 90° gegenüber der mit der Anschlußöffnung 10 versehenen Gehäuseseite versetzten Gehäuseseite ist eine Tragplatte 12 und eine Kabeltrommel 13, auf die das Anschlußkabel 14 des Staubsaugers aufwickelbar ist, an dem Kapselgehäuse 1 anmontiert. Die Tragplatte 12 ist in U-förmige am Kapselgehäuse 1 angeformte Schienen 15 eingesteckt und die Kabeltrommel 13 mit an ihrem feststehenden Gehäuseteil 16 vorgesehenen Ösen 17 an entsprechenden am Kapselgehäuse 1 angeordneten Haken 18 eingehängt.
- Vor der Montage der Tragplatte 12 und der Kabeltrommel 13 an dem Kapselgehäuse 1 werden diese beiden Bauteile bereits zu einer Montageeinheit zusammengefügt. Hierzu ist an der Tragplatte 12 ein Nabenansatz 19 vorhanden, auf den die Kabeltrommel 13 mit einer an ihrem feststehenden Gehäuseteil 16 ausgebildeten Nabenöffnung 20 aufsteckbar ist. Am Nabenansatz 19 sind ferner Kontaktelemente 21 angebracht, die mit auf der Tragplatte 12 angeordneten elektrischen Steuerelementen, z.B. einem Ein-Aus-Schalter 23 elektrisch verbunden sind. In der Nabenöffnung 20 befinden sich entsprechende, zu den Kontaktelementen 21 passende mit den Anschlußkabel 14 verbundene Gegenkontaktelemente 22. Beim Anstecken der Kabeltrommel 13 an die Tragplatte 12 gelangen die Kontaktelemente 21 und die Gegenkontaktelemente 22 in Kontaktverbindung und es wird somit ohne einen gesonderten Montagevorgang eine elektrische Verbindung zwischen dem Anschlußkabel 14 und den auf der Tragplatte 12 befindlichen Steuerelementen hergestellt.
- Auf der Tragplatte 12 können die für eine Drehzahlsteuerung des Motors 5 notwendigen Bauelemente, wie Widerstände, Kondensatoren, steuerbare Halbleiter sowie Potentiometer angeordnet und durch geeignete elektrische Verbindungselemente, z.B. aufkaschierte Kupferbahnen, verbunden sein.
- In FIG 2 ist ein an der Tragplatte 12 angeordnetes, mit seiner Leistungsstrecke im Stromkreis des Motors 5 liegendes steuerbares Halbleiterschaltelement 24 erkennbar. Dieses Halbleiterschaltelement 24 ist an der Tragplatte 12 über deren einen Seitenrand 25 vorstehend angeordnet und ragt in eine Nebenluftöffnung 26 des Kapselgehäuses 1. Über diese Nebenluftöffnung 26 wird vom Gebläse 4 Luft angesaugt und somit das Halbleiterschaltelement 24 gekühlt.
- Wie die FIG 3 zeigt, befindet sich an der Tragplatte 12 ein Drehpotentiometer 27, das mit einer am Deckelteil 2 drehbar gelagerten Verstellspindel 28 gekoppelt ist. Die Verstellspindel 28 besitzt eine wendelförmige Gleitbahn 28a, an der ein in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellter, am Staubsaugergehäuse angeordneter Schieber entlangführbar ist. Hierdurch wird die Verstellspindel und damit das Drehpotentiometer 27 entsprechend verdreht. Da die Widerstandsbahn des Drehpotentiometers 27 in dem Steuerkreis des steuerbaren Halbleiterschaltelementes 24 liegt, wird dessen Ansteuerung durch eine Verstellung des Drehpoteniometers 24 geändert und damit der Motor 5 in seiner Drehzahl gesteuert. Weitere für die Steuerung notwendige Bauelemente sind der Übersichtlichkeit halber in der Zeichnung nicht gesondert dargestellt.
- Für die elektrische Verbindung des Motors 5 mit den entsprechenden, auf der Tragplatte 12 angeordneten Steuerelementen sind in einer Tasche 29 des Kapselgehäuses 1 Steckkontakte 30 eingesetzt. Diese Steckkontakte 30 sind über flexible Leitungen 31 mit den Anschlußklemmen 32 des Motors 5 verbunden. An der Tragplatte 12 sind mit den entsprechenden Steuerelementen verbundene Gegensteckkontakte 33 vorgesehen, die beim Anstecken der Tragplatte 12 an das Kapselgehäuse 1 mit den Steckkontakten 30 in Kontaktverbindung kommen. Damit ist auch für die Herstellung der elektrischen Verbindung zwischen dem auf der Tragplatte 12 angeordneten Steuerteil und dem Motor 5 kein gesonderter Montagevorgang erforderlich.
- Die einzelnen Elemente der Aggregateinheit sind, wie dies vorstehend erläutert ist, durch bloße Steckmontage zu der Aggregateinheit zusammenfügbar, wobei gleichzeitig alle erforderlichen elektrischen Verbindungen zwischen den einzelnen Elementen hergestellt werden. Derartige Steckvorgänge können leicht von Montageautomaten durchgeführt werden, so daß die Aggregateinheit insbesondere für eine Automaten-Fertigung geeignet ist. Die Aggregateinheit ist nach der Montage der einzelnen Elemente voll funktionsfähig und kann daher vor dem Einbau in ein Staubsaugergehäuse einer Funktionsprüfung unterzogen werden.
- Der Einbau der Aggregateinheit in ein Staubsaugergehäuse kann ebenfalls nach dem Steckprinzip erfolgen, in dem in dem Einbauraum des Staubsaugergehäuses entsprechende Steckaufnahmen für das Kapselgehäuse 1 vorgesehen sind, in die das Kapselgehäuse 1 einsetzbar ist. Der Einbauraum wird nach dem Einsetzen des Kapselgehäuses 1 durch einen aufsetzbaren Gehäuseteil überdeckt, durch den das Kapselgehäuse 1 in den Steckaufnahmen des Einbauraumes gesichert wird. An diesem aufsetzbaren Gehäuseteil sind ferner die entsprechenden Bedienelemente für den Ein-Aus-Schalter 23 und die Verstellspindel 28 angeordnet. Außerdem kann dieser Gehäuseteil auch mit einem Luftauslaß versehen sein, durch den der über die Ausblasöffnung 34 des Kapselgehäuses 1 ausströmende Luftstrom wieder aus dem Staubsaugergehäuse austreten kann.
Claims (8)
- Aggregateinheit für einen Staubsauger, die ein Gebläseaggregat (4,5), eine das Anschlußkabel (14) des Staubsaugers tragende Kabeltrommel (13) und eine mit den für den Betrieb des Staubsaugers erforderlichen elektrischen Steuerelementen bestückte Tragplatte (12) umfaßt, welche Einheit ferner ein das Gebläseaggregat (4,5) aufnehmende und in einen entsprechenden Einbauraum des Staubsaugers einsetzbares Kapselgehäuse (1) aufweist, an dem ferner die Tragplatte (12) und die Kabeltrommel (13) anbaubar sind, wobei die an der Tragplatte (12) angeordneten und durch an der Tragplatte (12) vorgesehene elektrische Verbindungselemente untereinander funktionsgerecht verbundenen Steuerelemente mittels an der Tragplatte (12) vorgesehener Kontaktelemente (21,22 und 30,33) auch mit dem Anschlußkabel (14) und dem Motor (5) des Gebläseaggregates (4,5) verbindbar sind.
- Aggregateinheit nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Tragplatte (12) mit einem vorstehenden Nabenansatz (19) versehen ist, auf den die Kabeltrommel (13) mit einer entsprechenden Nabenöffnung (20) aufsteckbar ist, daß ferner an dem Nabenansatz (19) mit auf der Tragplatte (12) angeordneten Steuerelementen verbundene Kontaktelemente (21) angeordnet sind, die beim Aufstecken der Kabeltrommel (13) auf den Nabenansatz (19) in Kontaktverbindung zu entsprechenden, in der Nabenöffnung (20) angeordneten, mit dem Anschlußkabel (14) verbundenen Gegenkontaktelementen (22) gelangen. - Aggregateinheit nach Anspruch 2,

daß die mit der Kabeltrommel (13) zusammengefügte Tragplatte (12) mit am Kapselgehäuse (1) vorgesehenen Halteelementen (15 - Aggregateinheit nach Anspruch 3,

daß an der Kabeltrommel (13) als Befestigungselemente Ösen (17) vorgesehen sind, die auf hakenförmig ausgebildete Halteelemente (18) des Kapselgehäuses (1) aufsteckbar sind. - Aggregateinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Kapselgehäuse (1) mit den elektrischen Anschlußklemmen (32) des Motors (5) verbundene Steckkontakte (30) vorgesehen sind, die beim Ankoppeln der Tragplatte (12) an das Kapselgehäuse (1) mit entsprechenden, an der Tragplatte (12) vorgesehenen Gegensteckkontakten (33) in Kontaktverbindung gelangen. - Aggregateinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einem drehzahlsteuerbaren Motor für das Gebläse,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der Tragplatte (12) ein über deren Seitenkontur (25) vorstehendes, steuerbares Halbleiterschaltelement (24) angeordnet ist, daß im an das Kapselgehäuse (1) angebauten Zustand der Tragplatte (12) vor eine am Kapselgehäuse (1) vorgesehene Nebenluftöffnung (26) ragt.
