  • the body 24 and the hopper 1 have the respective external side walls thereof faired with respective plates 55 and 56 which are smooth on the outside and are reinforced on the inside with metal straps 59, said plates being provided at the top and bottom thereof with corresponding longitudinal flanges 57 projecting to the inside thereof and provided with holes 58 for attachment, by bolts, to the said body 24 and hopper 1, after the said plates 55 and 56 have been engaged behind respective flanges 60 fixedly attached to the frame 39 and the columns 3, the plates 56 also comprising a trap 56' for access to certain parts thereof, with all the plates 55 and 56 being extended at the bottom edge thereof with a number of plates 61 which cover the truck chassis and the lower portion of the hopper, some of said plates 61 being openable for the necessary access to certain parts of the said chassis.

  • the truck hydraulic system has also been provided with the valve 72 which makes it possible for the retaining or precompacting of the garbage against the ejector press to depend on the cylinders 73 which cause the carriage carrying the compacting blade, driving in turn the ejector press to eject the garbage from the body, to be moved only when the hopper 1 is raised, since the valve 74, driving the ejector press cylinder 75 depends on the elevating cylinders 28 of said hopper.

Claims (18)

  1. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, du type dont la caisse (24) de chargement présente placée contre son ouverture arrière une trémie (1) articulée sur celle-ci à la partie supérieure, disposant de moyens (2) lui permettant de soulever les conteneurs (C), de décharger dans cette trémie (1) leur contenu par basculement des conteneurs grâce à un mécanisme comportant pignon et crémaillère, de descendre les conteneurs (C) vides, les phases de levage, basculement et descente s'effectuant à des vitesses différentes et d'introduire les ordures dans la caisse (24) de chargement du camion déjà mentionnée, qui comprend une presse d'éjection (42) pour le déchargement des ordures et des détritus qu'elle contient, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'actionnement de l'ensemble de levage (2) des conteneurs (C) comprennent de chaque côté de cet ensemble les axes (5) correspondants terminés par les patins (6) qui s'étendent sur les guides verticaux correspondants (7) à section en U placés face à face sur les côtés de l'ouverture arrière de la trémie (1) sur les axes (5) de laquelle l'ensemble de levage (2) peut basculer au moyen des manchons (4) encastrés rotativement dans ces axes (5) et solidaires sur les côtés de cet ensemble (2), manchons (4) qui présentent à leur extrémité libre les roues dentées (13) correspondantes qui s'engrènent avec la crémaillère à rouleaux (14).
  2. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on a prévu sur les côtés de l'ouverture arrière de la trémie (1) des senseurs (12 et 12') à une hauteur différente, senseurs qui, lors du passage de l'ensemble de levage (2) donnent des ordres de changement de vitesse correspondant à la montée, au basculement et à la descente de cet ensemble (2).
  3. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, selon la revendication 2, dans lequel on a prévu à l'ouverture arrière de la trémie (1) un détecteur (15) du type de conteneur (C) à soulever, détecteur qui permet d'adapter les différentes vitesses de levage, rotation et descente en fonction du conteneur (C), qui de plus peuvent être programmées à volonté.
  4. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'ensemble de levage (2) présente les bras (16), destinés à accrocher les conteneurs (C) par les poignées latérales, munis de deux crochets (17, 18) comportant un doigt supérieur (17', 18') de retenue contre lesquels les extrémités des poignées s'accouplent.
  5. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, selon la revendication 1, comportant les moyens de soutien des conteneurs (C) lors de leur basculement et les moyens d'ouverture des couvercles (T) de ces conteneurs constitués respectivement par une traverse (19) munie d'une bande élastique (20) à section en U, servant d'amortisseur lorsque les conteneurs s'y appuient, et par deux bras (22) latéraux terminés par un crochet (22').
  6. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'articulation supérieure de la trémie (1) avec l'ouverture arrière de la caisse (24) de chargement se réalise grâce aux axes latéraux (25) correspondants insérés dans les orifices respectifs coulissants (26) prévus sur les oreilles (27) correspondantes, solidaires à la partie supérieure des côtés de cette ouverture, la trémie (1) se bloquant contre cette ouverture lors de sa fermeture au moyen des axes (29) correspondants prévus à la partie inférieure de ces côtés, qui s'emboîtent dans leurs fourches (36) respectives solidaires à la partie inférieure des côtés de l'ouverture arrière de la caisse (24) de chargement, dont la trémie (1) est entraînée en montée ou en descente afin de débloquer ou de bloquer sa fermeture.
  7. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la montée ou la descente de la trémie (1) s'obtient grâce à ses propres cylindres hydrauliques (28) qui la soulèvent de manière articulée pour l'ouverture de la caisse (24) de chargement.
  8. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la plaque cintrée (31) constituant le fond de la trémie (1) est constituée par une seule plaque renforcée à sa face inférieure par des entretoises plates (34) qui y sont adaptées et y sont unies uniquement par les extrémités, qui sont renforcées par l'union des goussets (35) et (36) respectifs à section en U.
  9. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les éléments d'accouplement mobile de la presse d'éjection (42) sont constitués par deux profils longitudinaux (43) qui supportent à la partie supérieure et inférieure les patins (45) correspondants d'attaque contre la face interne des ailes et l'âme du guide (41) en double T de la caisse (24) de chargement.
  10. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le guidage de la presse d'éjection (42) est complété par un autre guide central (47) longitudinal prévu sur le toit de la caisse (24) de chargement, avec lequel s'accouplent en se déplaçant les patins (48) correspondants prévus sur le support en U (49) du centre supérieur de la presse d'éjection (42) et se déplaçant sur les deux faces de ce guide (47).
  11. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les cylindres hydrauliques permettant d'actionner les différents dispositifs et parmi ceux-ci le chariot de poussée des ordures de la trémie(1) vers la caisse (24) de chargement, s'accouplent à ceux-ci au moyen des frettes-rotules (51) encastrés sur l'axe (52) d'articulation.
  12. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la caisse (24) de chargement et la trémie (1) sont carénées latéralement grâce à l'accouplement des plaques (55) et (56) correspondantes superposées sur les côtés.
  13. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, selon la revendication 10, dans lequel le carénage latéral de la caisse (24) de chargement et de la trémie (1) est complété par d'autres plaques inférieures (61), dont certaines sont praticables.
  14. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, selon la revendication 1, sur la trémie (1) duquel est monté à la partie arrière supérieure une caméra de vidéo (65) qui communique avec un moniteur (64) prévu dans la cabine (62) du camion pour pouvoir contrôler toutes les opérations de chargement et déchargement depuis celle-ci.
  15. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, selon la revendication 1, comportant dans la cabine (62) un tableau (63) de commande et de contrôle des différentes opérations à effectuer, principalement de celles de chargement, comportant parmi ses commandes un interrupteur général (66) de mise en marche des différentes opérations ainsi qu'une commande (67) permettant de sélectionner un cylce de travail intermittent ou continu.
  16. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, selon la revendication 1, comportant un système hydraulique qui règle le compactage uniforme des ordures grâce au contrôle du déplacement en marche arrière de la presse d'éjection (42) pendant les chargements successifs, ne dépendant pas de la section de travail du cylindre télescopique (75) qui entraîne cette presse.
  17. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, selon la revendication 1, comportant un système hydraulique empêchant l'avance de la presse d'éjection (42) lorsque la trémie (1) n'est pas relevée.
  18. Camion pour le ramassage des ordures et des détritus, selon la revendication 1, comportant des moyens de sécurité qui paralysent les moyens de chargement et déchargement des conteneurs (C) ainsi que des moyens de compactage des ordures lorsque le camion se déplace.
