Description

  • La présente invention concerne un ensemble porte et encadrement de porte pour l'ouverture d'un fût de candélabre.
  • Les candélabres, ou lampadaires, pour éclairage urbain, comportent en partie basse de leur fût ou pied, une trappe ou porte généralement démontable donc perdable, pour accéder aux câbles et raccords intérieurs.
  • Certains candélabres, par exemple celui du document US-A-4 878 160, comportent une porte montée sur une charnière latérale extérieure, d'une part cela pose un problème de fixation sur les fûts cylindriques, d'autre part la charnière est exposée à la corrosion.
  • Le document GB-A-2 183 289 montre une charnière à trois axes d'articulation qui renforce des charnières intèrieures de placard pour soutenir le poids élevé d'une porte lourde.
  • D'autres candélabres comportent une porte relevable à charnière horizontale, l'inconvénient majeur étant alors l'encombrement de la porte ouverte, l'opérateur étant gêné pour accéder à l'intérieur du fût et risquant de se heurter à la porte faisant saillie.
  • L'invention a pour but de palier les inconvénients de l'art antérieur en proposant un ensemble formé d'une porte et d'un encadrement de porte portant une charnière pour l'ouverture d'un fût d'un candélabre d'éclairage urbain, caractérisé en ce que la face de la porte dirigée vers l'intérieur du fût est concave, en ce que la charnière comporte trois axes d'articulation parallèles, deux plaques centrales et deux plaques latérales de fixation articulée autour des trois axes et en ce que l'une des plaques de fixation est fixée à l'intérieur du fût sur l'encadrement et sur un côté de l'ouverture tandis que l'autre plaque de fixation est fixée sur l'intérieur de la porte et à proximité de l'autre côté de l'ouverture.
  • On comprendra mieux l'invention à l'aide de la description ci-après faite en référence aux figures annexées suivantes :

    • Figure 3 : vue en coupe d'un fût de candélabre octogonal avec porte fermée,

    • Figure 5 : vue en coupe d'un fût de candélabre cylindrique avec porte fermée,
    • Figure 6 : vue en coupe du fût de la figure 5 avec porte ouverte.
  • La charnière selon l'invention comporte trois axes d'articulation parallèles (1,2,3) deux plaques centrales (4,5) et deux plaques latérales (6,7) de fixation articulées autour des axes.
  • L'axe (1) est commun à la plaque latérale (6) et la plaque centrale (4), l'axe (2) commun aux deux plaques centrales, l'axe (3) commun à la plaque centrale (5) et à la plaque latérale (7).
  • Une des plaques de fixation (6) est fixée ou soudée à l'intérieur du fût (9) soit directement soit sur des ergots de fixation (8).
  • L'autre plaque de fixation (7) est fixée ou soudée sur la face interne de la porte (10) de telle sorte que les plaques centrales (4,5) forment un angle inférieur à 180° pour tenir compte de la concavité de la porte du fût cylindrique ou hexagonal.
  • A la fermeture, le bord vertical (12) de la porte revient dans le prolongement du fût, par exemple en butée sur des ergots (13) et il est maintenu fermé par une serrure non représentée.
  • Pendant l'ouverture, le bord vertical (11) de la porte se déplace du fait que la plaque (7) n'est pas fixée sur le bord (11) comme pour une charnière habituelle, mais plus près de l'autre bord (12).
  • A l'ouverture, le bord (11) vient en butée sur l'extérieur du fût.
  • Les avantages et qualités de l'invention par rapport à l'art antérieur sont importants et notamment :
    • dégagement de la porte sur le côté sans gêne pour l'installateur,
    • possibilité de montage sur fût octogonal, cylindrique ou cylindro-conique,
    • meilleure sécurité pour l'opérateur,
    • dégagement plus important de l'ouverture de porte avec déboîtement moindre autour du fût,
    • protection des axes contre la rouille.
  • Par ailleurs, la charnière peut être utilisée pour d'autres applications et en général pour les objets ou appareils dont la porte est concave et pour lesquels on cherche un meilleur dégagement de l'ouverture.

Claims (4)

  1. Ensemble formé d'une porte et d'un encadrement de porte portant une charnière pour l'ouverture d'un fût d'un candélabre d'éclairage urbain, caractérisé en ce que la face de la porte dirigée vers l'intérieur du fût est concave, en ce que la charnière comporte trois axes d'articulation parallèles (1,2,3), deux plaques centrales (4,5) et deux plaques latérales (6,7) de fixation articulée autour des trois axes et en ce que l'une des plaques de fixation (6) est fixée à l'intérieur du fût sur l'encadrement et sur un côté de l'ouverture tandis que l'autre plaque de fixation (7) est fixée sur l'intérieur de la porte (10) et à proximité de l'autre côté de l'ouverture.
  2. Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fût du candélabre est octogonal.
  3. Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fût du candélabre est cylindrique.
  4. Ensemble selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les plaques centrales (4,5) forment un angle inférieur à 180° pour tenir compte de la concavité de la porte du fût.
