Description
The innovation relates to a cleaning device for textile machines according to the preamble of claim 1.
In a known cleaning device, a rail track supported by floor supports is provided. The rollers of the cleaning device running above the rail track run on this rail track. In addition to the rail track or between the individual rails of the rail track, a suction channel is provided which has a longitudinal slot on the top side, which is covered on both sides by a sealing lip. The cleaning device has a boat-shaped trunk running downwards, which engages in the slot of the suction channel by spreading apart the sealing lips. The boat-shaped proboscis communicates with suction hoses of the cleaning device, so that in this way the textile fiber flight in the area of the textile machines run over is suctioned off via the hoses, the proboscis and the suction channel.
On the side of the rail track opposite the suction channel, there is a current rail into which a current collector of the cleaning device engages, so that the drive motor for the driven rollers can be energized.
This structure of the cleaning device is expensive and also requires a relatively large amount of space due to the side-by-side arrangement of the suction channel, railroad track and busbar.
An der Unterseite des Kanals sind seitlich über den Kanal überstehende Schienen angeordnet, auf denen Rollen des darunter verfahrbaren Reinigungsgeräts, das an den Rollen aufgehängt ist, geführt sind.DE-A-37 05 924 shows a generic cleaning device for rotor spinning machines, in which the channel running along the spinning machine has a longitudinal slot on its underside, which is covered by sealing lips and in which the trunk of a movable cleaning device engages. On the underside of the channel, rails projecting laterally beyond the channel are arranged, on which rollers of the cleaning device which can be moved underneath and are suspended on the rollers are guided.
Die GB-A-1 077 718 zeigt einen schiflchenförmigen Rüssel eines Reinigungsgeräts, das in einen durch Dichtlippen abgedeckten Schlitz eingreift, der längs eines Saugkanals verläuft.GB-A-1 077 718 shows a shingled snout of a cleaning device which engages in a slot covered by sealing lips which runs along a suction channel.
The task is to design the cleaning device inexpensively and in a space-saving manner.
This object is achieved with the features of claim 1. Advantageous refinements can be found in the subclaims.
Fig. 1 eine stirnseitige Ansicht der Reinigungsvorrichtung.Fig. 1 is an end view of the cleaning device.
The
The busbar 8A, in which the current collector 9A engages, runs above the
In the illustrated embodiments, the
The
The
The
In the aforementioned embodiment, the
A combined blow-suction operation is also possible in that the duct is designed as a double duct. Each channel half has a
