Description

The innovation relates to a cleaning device for textile machines according to the preamble of claim 1.

In a known cleaning device, a rail track supported by floor supports is provided. The rollers of the cleaning device running above the rail track run on this rail track. In addition to the rail track or between the individual rails of the rail track, a suction channel is provided which has a longitudinal slot on the top side, which is covered on both sides by a sealing lip. The cleaning device has a boat-shaped trunk running downwards, which engages in the slot of the suction channel by spreading apart the sealing lips. The boat-shaped proboscis communicates with suction hoses of the cleaning device, so that in this way the textile fiber flight in the area of the textile machines run over is suctioned off via the hoses, the proboscis and the suction channel.

On the side of the rail track opposite the suction channel, there is a current rail into which a current collector of the cleaning device engages, so that the drive motor for the driven rollers can be energized.

This structure of the cleaning device is expensive and also requires a relatively large amount of space due to the side-by-side arrangement of the suction channel, railroad track and busbar.

An der Unterseite des Kanals sind seitlich über den Kanal überstehende Schienen angeordnet, auf denen Rollen des darunter verfahrbaren Reinigungsgeräts, das an den Rollen aufgehängt ist, geführt sind.DE-A-37 05 924 shows a generic cleaning device for rotor spinning machines, in which the channel running along the spinning machine has a longitudinal slot on its underside, which is covered by sealing lips and in which the trunk of a movable cleaning device engages. On the underside of the channel, rails projecting laterally beyond the channel are arranged, on which rollers of the cleaning device which can be moved underneath and are suspended on the rollers are guided.

Die GB-A-1 077 718 zeigt einen schiflchenförmigen Rüssel eines Reinigungsgeräts, das in einen durch Dichtlippen abgedeckten Schlitz eingreift, der längs eines Saugkanals verläuft.GB-A-1 077 718 shows a shingled snout of a cleaning device which engages in a slot covered by sealing lips which runs along a suction channel.

The task is to design the cleaning device inexpensively and in a space-saving manner.

This object is achieved with the features of claim 1. Advantageous refinements can be found in the subclaims.

Fig. 1 eine stirnseitige Ansicht der Reinigungsvorrichtung.Fig. 1 is an end view of the cleaning device.

The channel 1A is suspended from the ceiling via support 13. On the top of this channel 1A run the collar rollers 5A, which are connected via vertical struts 14 to the cleaning device 6A, which can be moved below the channel 1A. The channel 1A has on its underside the slot 3A, which is normally closed by the sealing lips 4A. The upwardly extending boat-shaped trunk 7A engages in this slot 3A while spreading apart the sealing lips 4A. This trunk opens into the distribution box 10A, to which the blow hoses 11A are connected.

The busbar 8A, in which the current collector 9A engages, runs above the channel 1A. This supplies the drive motor with electricity, which drives a pair of rollers via a gear. A securing rod 12A is also provided.

In the illustrated embodiments, the channel 1A serves as a railroad track, so that a separate railroad track can be eliminated. The safety rod 12A prevents the cleaning device 6A from lifting off, which could occur, for example, if one of the hoses 11A hits an obstacle.

The channel 1A is connected in a known manner to the suction side of a stationary fan. A filter is provided between the blower and the duct 1A, on which the textile fiber flight is separated.

The cleaning device 6A travels from one end of the row of textile machines to the other end, then back to one end, etc. It is equipped with its own travel drive.

The cleaning device 6A can also be driven indirectly. For example, a chain is attached to both ends of the cleaning device 6A, which chain is deflected at the two ends of the row of textile machines by means of a chain wheel one of the sprockets is driven by a motor. Since in this case no separate drive of the cleaning device 6A is required, the busbar and the current collector as well as the drive motor with gear for driving a pair of rollers can be omitted.

In the aforementioned embodiment, the channel 1A is a suction channel. However, this can also be a pressure channel which is connected to the pressure side of a stationary blower. In this case, the hoses 11A blow the fiber fly away from the textile machines.

A combined blow-suction operation is also possible in that the duct is designed as a double duct. Each channel half has a slot 3A and sealing lips 4A, in each of which a trunk 7A engages. These proboscises 7A are connected to two separate distribution boxes, to which blow and suction hoses are connected. One channel half is connected to the pressure side and the other channel half to the suction side of a blower.
