Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Walzen insbesondere in Farbwerken von Rotationsdruckmaschinen.The invention relates to a device for receiving rollers, in particular in inking units of rotary printing machines.

Fig. 3 schließlich zeigt eine Vorderansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Walzen. Mittels Schrauben 2 ist der Lagerkörper 1 mit der Seitenwand 3 verbunden, wobei die Schraubenköpfe in Ansenkungen des Lagerkörpers 1 liegen. Bei dieser Ansicht kann es sich sowohl um eine vertikal als auch um eine horizontal in die Maschine orientierte Einbaulage handeln. Der Lagerkörper 1 kann auch unter einem bestimmten Winkel geneigt in die Maschine eingebaut werden.
Mit Hilfe dieser Lagerungskonfiguration können sowohl Übertragungswalzen als auch Feucht- oder Bügelwalzen einfach und sicher in einer Druckeinheit aufgenommen werden. Zur Anpassung des Abstandes der Innenflächen 1b der Führungsnocken 1a, könnten diese auch, beispielsweise via Gewindespindel, an größere Durchmesser von Walzenzapfen 4a angepaßt werden.

Claims (9)

Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Walzenzapfen im Druckwerk von Rotationsdruckmaschine, wobei die Walzenzapfen mit einer Vorspannung beaufschlagt sind, die nachfolgende Merkmale aufweist: 1.1 ein vorgespanntes Andrückelement (6), welches in einem Einschraubelement (5) bewegbar geführt ist, stellt die Walzenkontaktbreite ein, 1.2 in senkrechter Einbauposition eines Lagerkörpers (1) ist eine Selbstausrichtung einer Walze (4) durch einander gegenüberliegend angeordnete Führungsnocken (1a) gegeben, 1.3 und in geneigter Einbauposition des Lagerkörpers (1) wird das Eigengewicht der Walze (4) durch einen der Führungsnocken (1a) aufgenommen.
