Definitions
- the invention relates to a multi-storey structure for chemical plants, in particular for plants for the manufacture of pharmaceutical products, consisting of several building segments arranged next to one another and the free spaces necessary for access to these building segments, the building segments each consisting of several rooms arranged one above the other, all for the manufacture of the products to be manufactured contain the necessary system components and are provided with access openings.
- each plant component is firmly connected to the building and firmly to a supply and disposal system.
- the necessary encapsulations, such as those required for toxic substances, are permanently installed.
- Such systems are therefore not very flexible and uneconomical when changing products, since the exchange of system components requires a great deal of effort.
- Complex rinsing and cleaning processes are also necessary for the supply and disposal lines in order to achieve a high degree of purity of the newly produced substances when changing products.
- This structure should enable a very flexible product or production change with little effort in terms of personnel and time and easy cleaning of the necessary piping, equipment and, if necessary, the premises.
- the building structure contains, in addition to the building segments for the system components, one or more multi-story building segments in which the auxiliary facilities, such as ventilation, exhaust air purification, energy and media supply and solvent and chemical processing, are housed for the entire building structure, with the supply lines within these building segments being vertical guided and connected to horizontal ring lines, which are arranged on floors in the rooms with the system components and connected to the system components via couplings.
- auxiliary facilities such as ventilation, exhaust air purification, energy and media supply and solvent and chemical processing
- the disposal lines for the used liquid substances within the building segments are laid vertically down to rooms on the bottom floor, in which collecting tanks for waste water, used solvents and chemicals are accommodated.
- the individual chemical plants in the construction segments are made up, in whole or in part, of modular mobile frames, which contain certain parts of the plant including connections, and can be easily replaced if necessary by removing individual frames with the desired plant components from the rooms and replacing them with others.
- This module version of the system can also be limited to the system components that are decisive for production.
- the mobile frames are designed so that the system components contained therein are completely piped and connected.
- the necessary connections are arranged so that a simple and quick connection to the corresponding ring lines and distributors is possible, for example via flexible hose connections and quick couplings or via plug contacts.
- Rolling aids are used to in and out the racks in or out of the installation positions in the rooms. In the final installation position, the frames are locked and connected to the building.
- the individual frames or the rooms can be additionally encapsulated by using additional barriers or cladding.
- the individual systems can be housed vertically one above the other or horizontally next to each other in the building.
- the frames are transported via crane systems or other transport devices either from outside the building via appropriate access openings or via an atrium within the building.
- Figures 1 and 2 show schematically an embodiment of the structure according to the invention in cross section (Figure 1) and in longitudinal section ( Figure 2).
- a building structure (1) adapted to the chemical plant several building segments (2) of the same size are arranged in such a way that in the middle of the building structure (1) a space (3) open up to the roof is created.
- the system components (5) which are required for the respective chemical process are accommodated in these construction segments (2). All chemical and physical process steps for the production of the desired product are carried out in them.
- building segments (2) for the plant components there are other building segments (4) for the auxiliary devices in the building (1).
- the auxiliary facilities are used, for example, to promote chemicals, waste water collection, solvent treatment, media and electrical supply, and ventilation. These auxiliary devices serve the entire structure (1).
- the building segments (2) for the system components are divided into individual rooms (7) by ceilings (6), which are arranged one above the other and preferably have the same size.
- These rooms (7) as a whole contain the system components (5) necessary for the production of the desired chemical product. All or at least the most important system components (5) are accommodated in mobile frames (8).
- These frames (8) are preferably provided with rollers (9) or wheels and always contain the system components (5) together with the necessary connections.
- the building segments (4) for the auxiliary devices contain vertically arranged supply (10) and possibly disposal lines (11), which are connected in stages to horizontally laid ring lines (12). These connections are preferably made by means of quick connectors (15), flexible hose connections or plug connections.
- the disposal lines (11) can also be accommodated within the building segments (2) for the system components. They then lead to rooms (13) on the bottom floor of the building segment (2), in which collecting tanks (14) for, for example, waste water, used solvents and used chemicals are accommodated.
- the mobile racks (8) are preferably introduced and removed via the access openings (16) of the individual rooms (7) via rails (17).
- System components (5) in which toxic substances are handled, or whose products are subject to high purity requirements, receive an additional encapsulation (18) made of preferably transparent material, which is connected to the exhaust system via a connection (21), so that leakage occurs is prevented by toxic substances.
- the encapsulation (18) can have handling openings (19).
