  • the use of the assembly according to the invention is done as described below.
  • the user removes the plug 9 from the tube 2: the neck 6 is no longer closed while only with the cover 7. It removes also the cover 16 of the pot closure system 3. It then screws the neck 6 of the tube 2 into the skirt 20, the thread 21 of the skirt 20 cooperating with the thread 8 of the neck 6. During the screwing, the crown 19 tears the cover 7 (see Figure 2).
  • the tube 2 and the pot 3 are then in communication through the opening 18 of the capsule 15.
  • the user rolls the tube 2, as illustrated in FIG. 3, and the product contained in the tube 2 passes into the pot 3 , without the risk of product loss.
  • the user then separates from the pot 3, by simply unscrewing the threads 13, 24, the capsule 15, on which the tube 2 remains fixed.
  • the user can then mix the two products (dye and oxidant) in the pot 3 to 1. using the brush 31; it eventually leaves to develop the color and applies the mixture to the hair using the brush 31.

Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Mischen zweier unterschiedlicher, getrennt aufbewahrter Produkte, wobei die Vorrichtung zwei getrennte Behälter (2,3) aufweist, von denen jeder eines der Produkte enthält, wobei die beiden Behälter zusammensetzbar sind, um die Herstellung einer kommunizierenden Verbindung zwischen ihnen zu ermöglichen, umfassend:
    - einen ersten Behälter (2), dessen Inhalt ohne Luftzufuhr manuell herausgedrückt werden kann, und der einen mit einem Außengewinde (8) versehenen engen Hals (6) aufweist, auf dem ein aufreißbares Hütchen (7) befestigt ist, wobei ein abnehmbarer Deckel (9) so auf dem Hals (6) angebracht ist, daß das Hütchen (7) geschützt ist; und
    - einen zweiten Behälter (3), der im wesentlichen starr ist und einen Hals aufweist, der mit einem Verschlußsystem versehen ist, das aus zwei Teilen besteht:
    · einerseits einer Haube (15), die auf dem Hals des zweiten Behälters (3) befestigt ist, wobei eine Öffnung in der Haube (15) angebracht ist, welche in der Nähe ihres Randes ein Durchstoßmittel (19) aufweist, wobei eine erste zylindrische Schürze (20) auf der Haube (15) und um das Durchstoßmittel herum angeordnet ist, die Schürze (20), deren Innenwand mit einem zum Gewinde (8) des Halses (6) des ersten Behälters (2) komplementären Gewinde (21) versehen ist, wobei die erste Schürze (20) von einer zweiten, zur ersten koaxialen, zylindrischen Schürze (28) umgeben ist, und
    · andererseits einer abnehmbaren Kappe (16), die auf der Haube (15) zum Verschließen ihrer Öffnung (18) und zum Schutz des Durchstoßmittels (19) befestigt ist, wobei das äußere Gewinde (8) und das komplementäre Gewinde (21) das Befestigen des ersten Behälters (2) auf dem zweiten Behälter (3) derart ermöglichen, daß bei dieser Tätigkeit das Durchstoßmittel (19) das Hütchen (7) durchstößt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Behälter (3) die Form eines Topfes mit einem weiten Hals besitzt, daß die Vorrichtung einen manuellen Rührer (31) zum Mischen der beiden Produkte in dem zweiten Behälter (3) umfaßt, und daß die zweite zylindrische Schürze (28) außen ein Gewinde (29) aufweist, das mit einem Gewinde (27) der Kappe (16) zusammmenwirkt, die um eine Achse drehbar ist.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Behälter eine Tube (2) aus nachgiebigem Material ist.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Durchstoßmittel (19) aus einem Kranz mit zugespitztem Rand besteht, der die Öffnung (18) der Haube (15) umgibt.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und zweite zylindrische Schürze (20,28) durch eine ringförmige Ausnehmung (40) getrennt sind, die nach außen offen ist und die, wenn die Kappe (16) auf der Haube (15) befestigt ist, in diesem Bereich eine Dichtungsschürze (30) aufnehmen kann, die im Inneren der Kappe (16) auf deren Boden angebracht ist.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und zweite Schürze (20,28) im wesentlichen die gleiche Höhe besitzen, wobei sich die ringförmige Ausnehmung (40) im wesentlichen über die gesamte Höhe erstreckt.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hals des zweiten Behälters (3) ein Zylinder mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt ist und die Befestigung der Haube (15) auf dem zweiten Behälter (3) durch Zusammenwirken eines außen am Rand des zweiten Behälters (3) vorgesehenen Gewindes (13) mit einem im Inneren einer drehzylindrischen Wand (22) der Haube (15) vorgesehenen, komplementären Gewinde (24) zustande kommt.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haube (15) eine koaxial zu der zylindrischen Wand (22) verlaufende Dichtungsschürze (23) aufweist, wobei die Schürze (23) gegen die Innenwand des Halses des zweiten Behälters (3) in Anlage kommt.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achsen der zylindrischen Wand (22) und die der ersten und zweiten Schürze (20,28) der Haube (15) zusammenfallen.
