- the unlocking, adjusting and locking device works as follows:
- the sequence of the changeover of a recording device 1 is predetermined by a programmable logic controller 25.
- an absolute angle sensor 26 which is connected to the stored-program controller 25, is assigned to it. It is thus possible to exactly identify the position of each receiving device 1 with respect to the absolute dren angle ⁇ aer spool discs 2 and thus the spool.
- each recording device 1 is assigned a reference quantity, in the case of games a number. Equal to this is the relationship between the counter-coarse rollers 4.1 and the line-brush rollers 4.2, and thus the position of each pick-up device device 1 stored in the storable programmable controller 25.
- the operator selects the desired ratio of the streak roller 4.1 to the streak roller 4.2, enters this data into the programmable logic controller 25 and starts it and thus the conversion of the corresponding recording devices 1.
- the programmable logic controller 25 defines the pick-up devices 1 to be converted from the best-performing and the desired ratio of the cross-grained brush rollers 4.1 to the line-brush rollers 4.2. In this case, with certain pick-up devices 1, a double change and thus preferably a renewed reel rotation may be required.
- the solenoid valves 27, 28 for the first working cylinder 9 and the solenoid valves 29, 30 for the second working cylinder 18 are controlled directly as a function of the absolute rotation angle of the drum, the respective position of the working cylinders 9, 18 by sensors 31, 32, 33, 34 can be checked.
- Another sensor 35 controls the locking of this receiving device 1 after the changeover of the receiving device 1 by the locking pin 16 in connection with the locking disk 22.
- the defi The first working cylinder 9 is loaded with a pressure medium by the first working cylinder 9 and starting from the starting position - this starting position corresponds to the adsolute drenwinkel ⁇ 1 - of the recording device 1, so that the Kolden rod 9.1 and thus the Auflaufeiement 10 in the operative position shown in Fig. 2 emotional. Due to the rotary movement of the spool - this is shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 your arrow 24, and when changing the ratio of counterstretching rollers 4.1 to line-top rollers 4.2 is preferably a relatively low number of drums in front - the roller 13 rolls on the run-up curve 10.
- the second working cylinder 18 is pressurized with a pressure medium, so that the extending piston rod 18.1 moves the segment carrier 20 into its operative position, that is to say that the friction segment 20.1 bears against the friction disk 21. Due to the rotary movement of the drum, the friction disk 21 rolls on the friction segment 20.1 and thus rotates the recording device 1 until an angle of rotation ⁇ 4 is reached .
- the processes relating to the unlocking angle ⁇ for unlocking, draining and locking a pick-up device are shown in FIG. 4.
- the processes described also run for the unlocking, adjusting and locking device assigned to the other end of the defined receiving device 1 animal facility from the same time and clock.
- drum continues to grow, unless the preselected recording device 1 - labeled "n" in FIG. 4 - is in the defined, ie. n. located in the position required for unlocking, drilling and locking in relation to the unlocking, adjusting and locking devices.
- the unlocking, draining and re-locking of the relevant receiving device 1 takes place, as has already been described and shown in FIGS. 2 to 4. This process is repeated in accordance with the inputs given by the operating programmable control 25.
- the size of the angle of 30 ° shown in FIG. 4 is derived from the number of recording devices 1 stored in the drum; in the present exemplary embodiment:
- the storage programmable controller 25 for the selection of the measuring devices 1 to be adjusted. If there are fifteen recording devices 1 on the drum, for example, there is an angle of 24 °, which the memory-programmed controller 25 is given as a size.
