Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a rail arrangement consisting of the rail track, sleepers made of wood, concrete or the like. And the ballast bed on which the sleepers are mounted.
Various rail arrangements are known, some of which are presented below.
Auch im Bereich der Schienenbefestigung sind elastische Elemente angeordnet.DE-C-31 47 387 and US-A-4 494 695 describe a rail arrangement in which there is an elastic intermediate layer between the rail foot and the base plate made of steel or concrete. Elastic elements are also arranged in the area of the rail fastening.
From EP-B-0 198 158 an elastic rail bearing is also known, consisting of an upper plate and lower plate made of steel and a rubber plate arranged between them, the upper and lower plate being able to be set under variable prestress by a plurality of screw bolts and rubber rings arranged on them. The rail foot itself is anchored in the top plate.
Finally, a rail arrangement is presented in US Pat. No. 4,609,144, in which the concrete sleeper is seated in corresponding recesses in the track bed foundation, which is also made of concrete. A sleeper shoe made of elastomeric material is arranged between the sleepers and the surrounding track bed foundation and has grooves on the inside (ie towards the sleeper). There is also an elastic insert between the underside of the sleeper and the sleeper shoe bottom.
The rail arrangements presented above using elastic elements relate exclusively to the ballastless construction.
The object of the invention is to reduce the structure-borne noise in a generic rail arrangement in which the sleepers are mounted on a ballast bed, in particular as part of the retrofitting of existing lines, without a time-consuming ballast removal.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that an elastic base is arranged on the underside of the sleepers, which essentially consists of two layers, the layer facing the underside of the sleepers being an elastomeric material, while the layer surrounding the ballast bed is a nonwoven.

Fig. 1 shows a rail arrangement consisting of the rail track (1) with fastening means (2), the sleepers (3), the ballast bed (4) and the elastic base (5). The base (5) consists of two layers (6, 7), the layer (6) facing the underside (8) of the sleepers being an elastomeric material (rubber or rubber-like material), while the layer surrounded by the ballast bed (4) (7) is a nonwoven (e.g. geotextile). Both layers (6, 7) are each formed flat and in one piece and have the same width, the width adapting to that of the sleepers (3).
Nach Fig. 2 weist die Schicht (6) Kanäle (9) auf, die strangförmig in Längsrichtung der Schwellen verlaufen und einreihig angeordnet sind, wobei die Kanäle hier im wesentlichen eine rhombische Querschnittsgestalt aufweisen.2, the layer (6) has channels (9) which run in the form of a strand in the longitudinal direction of the sleepers and are arranged in a single row, the channels here essentially having a rhombic cross-sectional shape.
Fig. 3 shows essentially the same layer (6) as shown in Fig. 2, but with the difference that here an additional reinforcement insert (10) is present (embedded), which is arranged on the underside (i.e. on the nonwoven side).
Fig. 4 now shows a layer (6) with a two-row arrangement of channels (11, 12) with simultaneous formation of a lattice structure (ie offset principle). The channels here have a circular cross-sectional shape.
Appropriately, the channels (9, 11, 12) - Figs. 2, 3 and 4 - at the ends of the layer (6), i.e. in the area of the threshold ends, closed.
Die darunter liegende Schicht (7) aus Vliesstoff besitzt eine Mindeststärke von 2 mm.The layer (6) made of elastomeric material with a minimum thickness of 8 mm preferably has a Shore A hardness of 50 to 60 ° . The layer (7) of nonwoven fabric underneath has a minimum thickness of 2 mm.
Fig. 5 now shows a rail arrangement with the construction principle according to FIG. 1, only with the difference that here the layer (7 ') of the nonwoven fabric surrounding the ballast bed (4) is designed as a sleeper shoe (17 - Fig. 8), the Formation of the threshold shoe is described in more detail below.
Dabei ist die Breite b der Schicht (7') größer als die Breite a der Schicht (6), die wiederum im wesentlichen der Schwellenbreite entspricht.6, the elastic base (5 ') consists of the layer (6) made of elastomeric material with a cross-sectional shape according to FIG. 4 and the layer (7') made of nonwoven. The width b of the layer (7 ') is greater than the width a of the layer (6), which in turn essentially corresponds to the threshold width.
Fig. 7 zeigt nun das Aufbauprinzip gemäß Fig. 6 in dreidimensionaler Darstellung. Unter Faltung der Seitenstreifen (13, 14, 15, 16) in Pfeilrichtung wird der Schwellenschuh (17) gebildet - Fig. 8.FIG. 7 now shows the construction principle according to FIG. 6 in a three-dimensional representation. It is made clear that the layer (7 ') is also longer than the layer (6), which has essentially the same length as the threshold. The threshold shoe (17) is formed by folding the side strips (13, 14, 15, 16) in the direction of the arrow - FIG. 8.
The layer (6) made of elastomeric material is expediently glued to the layer (7, 7 ') made of nonwoven. In addition, it may be advantageous, particularly in connection with a rail arrangement according to FIG. 1, to also glue the layer (6) to the underside (8) of the sleepers (3).
In the case of a threshold shoe formation, it is possible to nail the thresholds of wood (positions 18 - 8).
